Great quality and functional design
This belt has leveled up my leg days!! I can COMFORTABLY squat 8-45lbs plates (and counting) and this belt supports my back while I pull the weight. Best purchase I could’ve made. Fits perfectly since it’s adjustable and allows you to attach the hook to any amount of weight you want to squat. I love it!!!

Perfect for belt squats
My current gym doesn't have a belt squat so I bought this and another apparatus to be able to perform belt squats. One of the problems with belt squats belts is the minute the chain comes off the belt falls off, this has an inner belt that locks down so that the minute the D rings are released from the chain it stays on your waist, it's broad and it's comfortable and I've already squatted several hundred pounds with it with no issue.

Very fine, inexpensive belt squat belt.
The item works great with a comfortable fit. Pairs great with an inexpensive belt squat attachment for power racks. You can also use it for weighted dips and pull-ups. Great value for the money.

Decent Belt Squat Belt, But Has Some Drawbacks – ⭐⭐⭐
The THEFITGUY Ultimate Belt for Belt Squats is a solid option for those looking to incorporate belt squats into their training without a full machine. While it does the job, there are a few issues that keep it from being a five-star product. What I Liked: ✔ Comfortable Fit (to an Extent) – The belt is wide enough to distribute weight fairly well, reducing pressure on the lower back and hips compared to standard lifting belts. It works well for moderate weights. ✔ Good Build Quality – The materials feel durable, and the stitching seems strong enough to handle regular use. ✔ Easy to Use with a Rack Attachment – The design allows for a quick and easy setup with a landmine or squat rack attachment, making it convenient for home gym setups. What Could Be Better: ➖ Not Ideal for Heavy Lifting – When going heavy, the belt starts to dig into the hips, making it uncomfortable during long sets. The padding could be improved for better weight distribution. ➖ Limited Adjustability – The strap adjustments don’t always provide the perfect fit, especially for shorter or taller lifters. Some users may find it either too tight or too loose. ➖ Price vs. Performance – For the price, I expected better comfort and support, especially when compared to other belts in the same range. It works, but there are better options out there for serious lifters. Final Thoughts: This belt is decent for casual or moderate belt squat use, but if you’re lifting heavier weights or training frequently, you might want to consider a more padded and ergonomic option. It’s good, not great, and could use some improvements in comfort and adjustability. Still, it’s a functional tool for belt squats if you’re willing to work around its limitations.

This belt is the REAL DEAL!!!
I ordered a couple other belts with the chain and read from a pro that the chain could cause issues by rubbing against your inner leg. The quality of the chain versions were so so to oK. I then ran across the "Thefitguy" belt and quality is like night and day. There are no chains involved so nothing but a very strong and sturdy cloth cable comes in contact with your body. The belt truly feels like a pro level belt able to hold a ton of weight. The build quality is strong and solid and feels like it will last a long time under extreme pressure. I'm using my belt for a do it yourself home belt squat set up. I'm very happy with this belt.

Definitely a high-quality belt!
The connecting straps could be a little bit longer for tall guys like me. But the belt works perfectly.

I bought this belt because my existing dip belts weren't comfortable for use in belt squats. Unfortunately I ran into the same issue with this belt when belt squatting as the side of the hanging straps would dig into my inner thighs. Rather than pay 3 times the price for the pillow belt from spud inc i simply wrapped/taped a double layer of pipe lagging foam around the straps edges and voila much more comfortable. Good points for this belt are the adjustable waist strap and the adequate padding on the belt itself. It also seems plenty strong enough, though I've only tested it to 120 kg
