Not the best quality, you will 100% need to oil and wax this before use. This is a very raw cheap material, but I only wanted as a cheese and biscuit server, so for me fit for purpose, but unless you oil over night and then wax seal it. It would not be worth it, so have that in mind. Due to being so raw everything would stick and water would easily ruin it within a very short period.

I bought this board to do some pyrography on it and it's working wonderfully. It's completely untreated (it suggests to impregnate the woord with cooking oil before use which I DO NOT advise seeing that cooking oil tend to go frank after a while and this will affect the taste of your food!) It's a beautiful cut and a good size.

I bought this as a garlic chopping board and I needed good quality wood for my chefs knives. This would is recommended. It is a lovely little chopping board!If you purchase it, make sure you oil it before use (google, how to care for wooden chopping boards), and Never drown it in water to clean. Bought to sit projects on whilst heating with embossing powder and various other mediums. Previously used tweezers to hold projects but this is much better as keeps heat totally away from fingers. Thanks to Jennifer Maguire maker extraordinare!

Delivers a wonderfully firm application with little effort.Lovely deep "thud". Excellent effect. Very satisfying without being too noisy when delivered in the old fashioned way.

Perfect for a pyrography project. Made Christmas treat board for daughter to leave for Father Christmas. Nice smooth untreated surface perfect for burning onto. Easy to oil with danish oil when complete. Would split (see another review) if not oiled and if soaked in water as this is solid untreated wood.

Very, very good quality! I turned two of these boards into Xmas presents for my grandparents and I'm sure they will last them for many years and can be used daily (chopping or serving board). They are quite thick and sturdy and completely different to the cheap boards that are pressed/formed. These are made from one piece and its noticable.

Very smooth and easy to work with, looks great once a picture has been burnt on to it. Very happy and will definitely be buying more
