The flimsy uncomfortable bands have nothing on these were durable, sturdy,thick thigh approved
I loved that this was great quality I purchased many resistance bands for the glutes that were really cheap looking too thin or too flimsy but this quality was really good it didn't hurt it didn't rub awkwardly it fit good on my body and it was easy to use it was very sturdy and I could tell it's very well made it was stretchy you can definitely take these anywhere and use them for a great workout as soon results it's great value and I can tell it's very durable and will continue to last for a very long time

Really nice!
These are my first real bands to buy for working out at home. I was surprised by the quality! The bands are sturdy but soft elastic fabric, with silicone on the inside to help keep them in place. I love that you have three band strengths to choose from and long, narrower bands too for upper body. There are instructions with leg and arm exercises as well as a bag for storage. I really enjoy using them and these would be great for any fitness level. I highly recommend this handy set!

No slip
The media could not be loaded. I have tried many bands and these are the best. The resistance weight is amazing. They stay put because of the material on the inside. I absolutely love them. Comes in a carrying bag and the quality of them are great.
