It was to sweet and I got headaches after I drank it and got a saw throat the next day. I never knew it had natural and Artificial flavours in it and it has sweeten sucralose and Acesullfame Potassium in it,as I didn’t see that till I got it,and read it on the tube when it says other ingredients or would of nether got it,and Its got fd&c blue which when you add water it turn blue and has a bubble cum taste which taste toxic, take the artificial colouring and favouring out and the blue I would get it,yet for £27 I wouldn’t buy this again unless the other stuff are taken out, as it don’t need to be in there to be good produce,and I’m thinking about throwing this it away because how I feel when I have it which is not good because of the toxic it creates.

Great product. Would recommend. Tastes good and I do notice the difference in fat loss when drinking this. It’s a little pricy, in comparison to other supplements, but would buy again on the basis of the results. I know there’s not much proper scientific evidence on the products in it, but the results speak for themselves.

I previously had this brand of Bcaa in the peach lemonade (bcaa energy) and it was brilliant in taste and mixed well with the water and did exactly what it said on the label. I decided to try this lean bcaa in the flavour fruit punch and am disappointed compared to the previous purchase as the powder does not stay mixed with the water - after a few minutes their is a layer floating on the top and it is quite grainy to drink. I think I will go back to the energy variety once I have finished the tub. I'm just hoping I see results and feel better in the recovery stages of my workout scheme to make up for these small issues.

It tastes really good. I feel like ir works because im not hurting like before the day after workouts...better than another brand i used to use. Day one i sweated like crazy..there is a thwrmo effect all day. But i am only a few days in so results i won't see yet

Mixes well , great sweet taste , one scoop in pint water, drank 4 pints a day , recovery ok , good pump in gym , muscle fullness , no gas or bloat . Buying monthly

The taste is amazing! Only 2 things are that it’s quite sour and it also separates out a sour foam when mixed in a shaker, after being a few weeks old. Not sure why it suddenly turned?
