I purchased this for the start of eye puffiness seeking to alleviate under eye bags. The inside is extremely soft and comfortable making the cold more bearable and relaxing while using. The durability and quality of the product is excellent for the associated cost. The product is versatile, fits the face as expected and works great!

like this for when I wake up and my eyes are all puffy. Wish it went more around your eyes . Have used it on my knee also since I can Velcro it. The gel side is colder and fabric is not as cold. It is soft and feels good on your face. Purchased 2 more for my sisters.

Love this facial ice pack, sometimes I have sinuses and I need a cold facial compressor, so this will do the work, and gives a good sleep.

This one worked better with the fabric on one side. However, I think it was modeled after a man's face. The nose and mouth were in the wrong place for a female.

This really does the trick for me when my head hurts. It's overall very soothing with a nice soft texture against the skin. Anytime I just want to relax, sit back and chill, this mask is a true friend. I keep it in the freezer in a ziplock back with a paper town in it. This way it won't absorb any odors from the freezer. I made the mistake at first of not storing it that way, and when I put it against my face, I smelled the freezer. Not a great thing. This mask can be washed, by hand with dish soap. I did that and then going forward, stored it in ziplock. Bingo! Problem solved.

This stupid mask was the waste of eternally non-decomposing vinyl/plastic that I feared it might be. The eyes/noes/mouth openings are small and very close together, so the mask sits perched atop my schnoze like a plastic teepee falling to form a small rim of warmth on my mostly uncovered face.

Can and have used hot and cold. Good strap for security.
