Toolzone DTI Dial Gauge Indicator

Did what I wanted for the job in hand.

The gauge does need some attention regarding the dials both zeroing, fiddly job but with a little patience co-ordination is possible. Repeatability is a weak point and so far I have not been successful in correcting the variation entirely. I did anticipate the need for adjustment of an item sold at such a low price, but, perhaps a little more quality control by the manufacturer would result in a very acceptable product at the price.I have bought other items previously from this supplier with no problems so I will treat this case as a 'one off''.

A great value Dial gauge for most workshop testing and set ups. useful for the motor trade also.great price too. Fits ALL makes of Dial gauge stands. Nicely finished gauge for the money.I have about 3 of these in service at moment.

This was used to true up work on a turning lathe which it did but the only fault was in trying to set the outer scale to 0 ,it would not move.

This dti for the money is reasonable value. The one I received had not been zeroed correctly, I still cant get the two dials to line up, and the repeatability of sucsessive readings is poor. On the plus side the sensitivity is good the scale is sharply printed and the lens is clear making it easy to read.

Box was damaged when it arrived but the dial was ok and works properly. Works well with my 3D printer for setting up the bed
