inflexible heel made son's bleed, average quality
the build quality wasn't as good as I expected for the high price. we tried 4 times and my son's heels got worse and worse bleeding/blisters as it's hard and inflexible so we had to return for another brand. Amazon were good taking these back so I stuck with them for the replacement brand.
