Fun book for early readers
I have an advanced first grader who tells me every day that school is too boring because he knows everything. He reads at a very high level, but refuses to read if the book isn't interesting enough. This series is one I can't get him to put down. He will read it all in one sitting and then want to read it again. They are so fun and engaging for my video game loving smarty pants. Awesome series

Great for emerging readers
The Press Start books have been wonderful for my five-year-old. The text is great for an emerging independent reader - it is not too difficult but still manages to push the reader to explore different sounds and language concepts. My son loves the storylines (Super Rabbit Racers was no exception) and rarely wants to put the books down. Highly recommend the series.

My Grandson’s new reading books
My grandson loves all things different and these books caught his eye. He read the first 2 so for Christmas I’ve bought him the next 3 in the series and he dove right in!

I had fun, but it was not my favorite book. As I went through the book I got more and more excited, but the end wasn’t exciting enough.

Fun, Fast read
My 9yr old loves these books. This is a series of "press start" books. They are a comic style type of chapter book that is so common anymore. It's an easy read but fun and silly. My son really enjoys them. His reading level is advanced for his level, but I'd still say this is for ages 7-9.

GET THESE FOR YOUR RELUCTANT READER
I have literally never written a product review before. Ever. Because ain't nobody got time for that. But this series is the best thing to happen to our household. My 7 year old HATED reading. Yet he now actually asks to read because he wants to read his Press Start books. They are easy enough and quick enough to get through that they have given him confidence to pick up a book and read. These books have been such a blessing in our house that I'm truly angry that there are only 7. Like, what the h**l am I supposed to do when we finish them? I haven't been this mad since Netflix cancelled Friends From College. Get these books for your reluctant reader. I promise you won't regret it.

Brilliant books

Our 10 year old really struggles with reading, he's 1 or 2 grades behind and is intimidated by chapter books. Normally he likes to read Dog Man, but we don't find those books to be a great option because the comic book style isn't really teaching him how to read full sentences. We bought the Press Start Series hoping it would branch him into chapter book reading, and we were right. He loves the books and his reading and confidence is improving while he goes through the series. We really enjoy the illustrations as well.

Perfect reading book for 7 yrs plus. My son loves this series. Easy to read, story plot is interesting and fun.

My 6 year old is gaming-mad and loves to read, so this is the absolute perfect book series for him! He has read every book from the series and loved each one. The right level for his reading age and kept him engaged throughout.
