Work great and more reasonably priced than the regular brand!!!

The delivery fast, packaged well, product was decent quality but there is one flaw.
The filter doesn't fit snugly in the unit like the original Alen filters and will tip out so I made a wedge from paper which holds it in. Other filters that I've used in place of the original Alen Filters does the same.

Perfect fit and functions well.
Filtration light may light up red initially after replacing, do not worry, it is only temporarily lit up. Do not forgot to reset filter change tracker.

HEPI is just a bit smaller fitting
SomewayTop: the 1 HEPA was a little smaller to fit snuggling inside the Alen BreathSmart Filter Replacement. However it did work. Later I purchased the HEPA and the 4 filters that was from Fellow on Amazon that'sCompatible w/Alen BreathSmart 45i. TheFellow HEPA fits perfectly inside the Alen Air Purifier. If you decide to purchase this product and discover the same situation with your HEPI fitting firm inside the Alen BreathSmart. I recommend the HEPI+ Filters replacement be by Fellow. It only took two(2) days to be delivered
