Relieve-fx™ Extra Strength Turmeric Curcumin Supplement with Black Pepper, Boswellia, Ginger, DLPA, Inflammation Health, Joint Support, Mood Relief, Detox Factor, Digestion, 90 Vegan Capsules

I’ve been taking 3 capsules with dinner every day for the past 3 weeks or so. They help significantly with inflammation in my joints, especially some knee pain I’ve been having with lots of exercise. It takes the edge off, so to speak.DLPA is a new ingredient to me, and I’ve read that it can block enzymes that break down body’s natural painkillers, and that it can increase dopamine as well. (Of course, this is my Google search and not any sort of sound info!) I’m used to taking turmeric, which I love, and boswellia/frankincense, which also helps me with inflammation. B6 is an important vitamin, but I’m not sure how it works synergistically with the rest of the remedy. Ginger is fabulous as well. This combination of ingredients is perfect for my needs, and I’m happy to have this supplement! It is not inexpensive, but quality natural anti-inflammatories tend not to be and are worth it!

If you are used to taking supplements, size wise these capsules are pretty much the same as most and I couldn’t detect any taste at all. I take a lot of turmeric and while it’s difficult to be certain, I think it’s had a positive effect on my health. Most of the documentation I’ve read states that black pepper helps with the absorption of turmeric and these capsules include that. These capsules contain 300 mg of turmeric each and the recommendation is to take 3 capsules a day. I have been taking some 1000 mg turmeric capsules in the past and the recommendation for those is 2 times a day. I haven’t noticed any health or mood changes since I switched to these capsules so far, but perhaps some of the mix of other ingredients make up for the lower turmeric dosage. I’ll finish this 30 day supply and see how I feel then.

When I saw this had turmeric and well as other great ingredients I ordered immediatly.I use turmeric on my skin - great for burns and even on my gums.This is a powerful supplement and you can see the turmeric in the capsules in my pictures.These are a bit large so if you have trouble swallowing large capsules you may want to find smaller.For myself they are no problem to swallow and they do have a slight after taste of turmeric.An awesome supplement.

I started taking these to hopefully help with inflammation and pain in my hands. I've been taking it for almost a week and I haven't noticed any relief so far. Hopefully soon I'll see some results. I will come back and update if it ever works for me.These will stain your hands yellow if you're not careful. I just tap them into the cap and take them from there so I don't have to worry about it.

I think these sorts of supps can be like a placebo to people. If u think it will work, you can trick your brain to think it does. I have not found that any of these sorts of supps help w/pain. Only Willow bark or things like that do. Yes, turmeric is a wonderful thing, but just take it fresh grated in a ginger/turmeric drink to get the same benefits and a heck of a lot cheaper.

After reading and studying all these ingredients, it appears they have come up with their own unique version. I have used most of these at different stages of my life. I’ve only been taking this for a short period of time so I really can’t report any changes. I gave it 4 stars as I appreciate the effort to put all of these ingredients together and hopefully will make a difference for me. I’ll know more in the next couple of weeks if it’s helping or if what I’m experiencing is a placebo effect. I do feel less joint pain. These ingredients have been known to help with inflammation so it’s quite possible. I’m not having any stomach issues after taking.

I just started taking this but so far I’m noticing some pain relief! I’ll have to see how I feel after taking it longer.
