A great bit of problem-solving kit
This siimple devise, that works best with a narrow-field-of-view webcam, has made vlogging a breeze.

Quality made but doesn’t work with MacBook
This is a really nifty device and is well made and easy to put together. I’m sure it works well with cameras and other laptops but unfortunately it doesn’t work with MacBooks which have quite a wide angle lens. The metal walls are always in vision and unfortunately you can’t zoom in or crop with a MacBook camera to somehow avoid them. I asked the manufacturer for advice but they didn’t have a solution. Would work if you could, say, crop the video later- but that doesn’t work for things like Zoom calls, webinars etc.

This does not work with a laptop
When I emailed them to say that it doesn't work with a laptop, they freely admitted that it didn't work and that you couldn't use the teleprompter and record on the webcam at the same time - so it doesn't do what it was sold to do. Such a massive disappoint and waste of time that I didn't have and now I am in the position of having to put services on hold to have to get another teleprompter that works. No solutions were offered. I was just told to return it.

The teleprompter is very solid and well made. Delivery error free and in time.

I’m using this TMP 75 with an Apple Thunderbolt monitor and it works very well. The “hangers” need to be at the top to stop the camera seeing the prompting phone. One caution. There is a sticker on the glass which is not mentioned in the manual. It took me a while to work out where the artefact was coming from!

The Glide Gear TMP 75 Laptop Smartphone TelePrompter is a stellar product for a few reasons. The first of which is the size. I create Instagram Reels content filming in public places like coffee shops and pubs, so the form factor works perfectly with a table top tripod. It doesn't dominate the table and it's easy to move around to get the shot framed correctly. Second, the quality of the materials and manufacturing are off the charts. The rails and base plate system are fabulous and easy to adjust to accommodate a smart phone or camera, or in my case a GoPro. Third, the fabric hood is insanely easy to remove and replace to adjust the camera. Other models from different manufacturers are not as easy to setup and take down. Fourth, the included carry case is no larger than an insulated lunch bag. Very easy to carry if you're on the move. I can recommend this product without hesitation. I am thrilled by the function, the quality and the portability.

Very flimsy. Bad quality. Save your money.

PROS: - The TMP 75 is well-built, and it's a quality product. - It's very small. Good size. - Item has been shipped quickly. CONS: - It does not easily support all cameras. If your lens is not centered, like a point & shoot, you'll have to build something to put your camera on. There's no vertical or horizontal adjustment (where the camera sits). TMP 75 will work if you're ready to spend time and to add an additional piece (custom made) to put your camera on it. - Expect to pay additional taxes, even if you pay about 40$ for fast shipping. The seller doesn't take care of custom duties and taxes, and there's no indication whatsoever on the invoice or when you check-out. Expect to pay an additional fee (surprise!) to the carrier. - VERY BAD customer service. This is my first item from Glide Gear, and certainly my last one. I was looking to purchase additional equipment, but their customer service is so rude and bad that I'll never spend any more money with them. They don't care about customers and they have no respect, the way they communicate. If you hesitate between their product and another brand, similar specs, I encourage you to go with the other brand. With such a bad customer experience, they don't deserve your money.
