This is a very nice quality hoverboard. It is super sturdy, nicely sized, beautiful colors and fun lights. I did a lot of research before buying and I am really pleased. Well worth a little bit more money for a very sturdy quality. Our neighbors have one as well, another brand, and the battery doesn't last as long and is much smaller. So i'm thrilled with our purchase. But be advised, please get your child protective gear, as we did suffer a broken wrist, when it tripped up over a piece of sidewalk chalk, just as night time fell. This is not at ALL related to the quality hoverboard, but as a possibility of outside recreational play. We are right back on it and the entire family is able to use. It's hilarious to watch the adults try it out. So much fun and worth it, but get wrist guards please!

I've bought and tested 8 hoverboards before landing on this one. It is by far the best for the sub $300 price point. The balancing seems very off on most of the other brands. Here it's natural.

Stay away from Hover-1 hoverboards because of their bad quality. My nephew had an H1 model that he loved and then it stopped working after a few years. In Jan 2023, I bought a new Hover-1 Ranger. Had this for 2 or 3 weeks and it stopped working. Contacted Amazon/Hover-1 and they sent a replacement but I had to cut the wires to make sure it was not usable. Looks like one of the wires inside the machine had gotten pinched which cut the wire and stopped the machine from working.The replacement Ranger hoverboard arrived and within 4 weeks this board did not turn on anymore. Reached out to Hover-1 and they did not provide a new replacement so I was out of luck.I decided to buy a new H1 model recently for his birthday, because that is what he had previously and it lasted a long time. After 2 months of having this new hoverboard, one of the wheels broke and the hoverboard's one wheel is now angled and leaning.Trying to do a warranty claim now, but stay away from Hover-1. In the last year I have had 3 brand new Hover-1 hoverboards and they have all broke within 2 months of having them. Very disappointed with the quality of their products.

My sons doesn't get off of it!... and dad gets to use it when the son goes to sleep! my daughter (1.5yrs old) runs away as soon as she sees it! hahaha...This is the first hover-board we are buying and really love it. Bought with the max weight carrying capacity as i am 200+lbs..Pros:a) smooth movement,b) good control,c) nice app,d) excellent battery life (FYI - charged it only twice in last 1 week),e) good lighting andf) nice speakerg) setting it up and running it is super easyCons:a) 6" wheel... cant even climb on small step or projection on the floor. thinking about it now, i would have preferred a 10" wheel..b) Plastic at the bottom, front and back... if you hit a wall or rub against something, it might break easilyBottom-line... we love it. Go for it, you wont regret at all...

Our son is 6 and he absolutely loves his hoverboard. We love that it has fun colors, that it helps him to self balance when he first gets up, that you can change the lighting and that it connects to an app where you can track the battery life, change the mode (beginner, expert, etc) to control the speed, and play music.

We would have liked to give a positive review - at first my granddaughter was thrilled with the hoverboard. It was easy to activate, learn to use, and both attractive and sturdy. It was a bit pricey, but we thought it was worth it, given the company's reputation and the product quality. However, after fairly light use (especially over the winter), it will no longer charge. (Although the charger lights turn from red to green, the unit won't run for longer than 5 minutes). We understood that the warranty was 90 days, but were hopeful that the company would help us, minimally, troubleshoot the issue. For the investment, we expected better than 9 months of operation! The company was NOT helpful in the least. We won't buy from them again.

At 245 pounds I am a big guy, but I do not feel like I am over loading the board. The board feels very sturdy and well made. The 3 hour charge time is a downer, but I feel like we get quite a bit of riding time between charges.I was pretty nervous about getting on it, but after we calibrated the board it was a breeze to ride. I feel like I am 12 every time I get on it. The app is very easy to use and easy to Bluetooth my music to. I love zipping around the house playing sirens and waking the kids up.
