Tested a couple pulls. Feels pretty solid. Came together well in about 45 minutes. Comes with conversion bar for mounting, replacing wide diameter pull up bar. All parts arrived without damage and perfectly formed, minus a squeeze when mounting weight holding bar. Great buy and addition to the rack. Worth every penny when you consider a stand-alone lat machine will run $650 minimum for a mid grade. Comes with standard lat pull down bar and row bar.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST ADDITION! Spent the better part of an hour assembling, making sure cables were routed correctly and pulleys spun freely. Cable delaminated in less than 10 reps with only 50# on bar. I would ask for my money back if I didn’t have to spend the time taking this piece of crap off! Not worth the money. Buyer beware! 0 STARS!!!!

This attachment in awesome. Mine included an extra cross member in case my rack didn't have the right holes drilled. Assembly wasn't too bad if you follow the included instructions. Glides fairly easy. would definitely recommend if you have a rep rack that is compatible.

Instructions are not great and it was a little bit of a pain to fit in my basement but it has performed very well in the months I have been using it. Use it with 150-175lbs twice a week most weeks and no issues so far.

I was really happy to see this available since I wanted to add a lat pulldown to my routine and didn't want to spend a lot of money and use up a bunch of space on another apparatus when I already have a power rack. Assembly was easy, took less than an hour. I've been using it for about a month and it works great. Highly recommended!

Really great addition for the price. Nice and versatile and adds a lot of exercises. Strongly recommend if you have the right power rack.

The lat system is a nice feature added to my power rack. It works as it should. Strong, simple and works.

Excellent product, there wasn't much in the form of instructions but if youre handy it's easy to figure out. Cables and pulleys have held up so far so I am very pleased with my purchase. I would strongly recommend a ratchet set for easier setup.
