Had this up and running for a few months now. Very happy with. Easy to setup and boot time is great. Absolutely no problems. FYI it will not handle Windows 11 but I knew that going in. Great computer for price and it has been reliable. Hardly ever hear a fan running --- it is just smooth and quiet perfect for my desktop.

EDIT: I wrote a nice review below because it was fast shipping. Before I was very excited to finally get a home computer for our household. Our son needs one for school. I am very low income so it took me forever to save up! The computer came with the wrong cable (HDMI to HDMI), but the computer needed VGA to HDMI in order to hook up to any monitor. So I had to purchase a adapter. Annoying that it didn't come with the correct cable but ultimately IDK as long as it works. However, after connecting to new correct cable, the screen says that there is no connection. Every piece of equipment is new except for the renewed computer. Please tell me why this is not working! I spent good hard earned money for this computer and it won't even turn on! I am seriously in tears right now! It's Saturday and there is no phone # to call! I just lost around $200 for this! ONE WEEK EARLIER: I am waiting for my monitor etc to arrive in a couple days, so I will come back to this review if product doesn't work.....But I can rate on the shipping, cosmetic condition and customer service, all excellent! I appreciate so much that you offer affordable renewed computers as I am low income and live in rural area. So that the fact that it was delivered so quickly AND in good condition is SO appreciated

Bought this renewed. So was a little skeptical, but reviews were good. Got the tower today, packing was fine, computer looks as new. Plugged it in and came right up. Directions for install were easy. Works perfectly. And its fast, or fast for me. Added my own Internet protection on it, and so far it’s flawless. For others looking at this, I just found out that they will not be offering free updates in Oct 2025. So if you look at this, look for Windows 11, as i bought the Windows 10 pro. Will see how it goes but for now. Its really nice, and fast.

I got this for my dad as he needed an upgrade. It was a little difficult to set up but other than that it has been great. It is much faster than his old computer. The sound is awful but that is to be expected. Honestly that could also be coming from the monitor. I got some cheap plug in speakers and that has been good. Graphics are good. The mouse already broke but that's was an easy fix.

It is an excellent opportunity to get a better than new computer because unlike the brand new ones that are basically built by automation a refurbished one has actually been worked on and tested by a human technician, but it doesn't stop there, brand new would cost from $400 to $600. It comes complete with keyboard mouse everything in the box, just open it up set it up and your on your way to a great system for under $225.00 A great product for a great price.

Computer is what was expected with great performance!

Good computer for the price but the DVD player should work and it did not. There was an old windows 7 CD in the player, so I know the refurb never even checked it.
