Fitted Corsa D 2010 VXR as described. Good quality inexpensive item.Changing drop link fixed rattle over bumps and is well worth doing.However it’s one of those simple jobs that can take longer than expected with rusted seized bolts. Ended up cutting mine off but fitting new ones is straightforward once old ones removed.

Brought these for a Vauxhall Corsa D 2006 as the original drop links had perished rubber plus a broken coil spring so failed M.O.T.These went on fine and straightforward with M.O.T pass, but……..ever since these were fitted there was an inherent knock occasionally on bumpy roads, that sounded like a coil spring was not quite seated probably.Left it for a couple of weeks but nothing settled and noise was very evident. Checked shocks, coil springs and bearings but nothing seemed to cure it until out of the blue, I thought I would try refitting the original drop links previously removed and the noise STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. It is hard to visually see any difference but there must be a minor difference in length. Ended up buying genuine GM drop links. This is a good brand for OEM products but in this instance not a direct replacement.

Perfect fit, good price
My daughters Corsa was clunking so I was advised to change the drop links. I'm not a mechanic but fitting these was an easy job - hardest part was removing the rusted nuts (just used some penetrating oil and left for an hour). A couple of hours job saved £160 which the garage was going to charge.

Pezzo semplice, nessun problema per il montaggio
Pezzo installato su una Grande Punto 1.3 MJET 90cv del 2008. Nessun particolare problema e rumore sparito!Il montaggio è banale visto che va smontata solo la ruota per poter cambiare il pezzo. Unico accorgimento è quello di utilizzare due cric meccanici, uno utilizzato per alzare l'auto e uno per sollevare l'ammortizzatore quando viene rimontato il pezzo nuovo.
