Compact but sturdy
Comes in a hard case , has a spare chain. My son used it to cut some decent sized branches with ease. Definitely would recommend this saw .

Defective
Both batteries were defective and lasted no more than 2 minutes even on full charge. The red light on the charger turned to green within 5 minutes so that, too, may have been defective.It's a shame because I liked the product and found it easy to use during the short time that it would work. I was sorry to have to return the product.However, the carry case was not brilliant as the supplied chain tightener and screwdriver did not fit in their respective slots and it was difficult to fit the batteries and charger in.The description on Amazon is incorrect as it states that the product is gas powered and the headline says that the batteries are 24V, whereas those supplied were 21V as shown in the images.

Spend more and get a product that actually works properly
This product is supplied with two batteries. Only one of them ever worked. The saw itself does cut as described, but the battery life is so short - around three minutes after a full charge - that you never get a chance to complete a job.After about five days of fairly regular use; charge the one working battery, saw for three minutes, re-charge, it simply gave up and is now at the local refuse centre.My advice is buy a name you recognise and spend a little more. That way you'll probably get a hand chainsaw that works.

Overheating & a duff battery
Got this yesterday and started using today, trying to go through a number of small branches & logs.The first few cuts were great, sharp blade and quickly cutting through.However the saw then started overheating and cutting out, had to let it cool off before starting again.I then changed battery and the second battery cut every few seconds before restarting.Very frustrating and not ideal, I will be returning it.A shame as it could be a useful tool, I will probably get another from elsewhere though.

Done the job
Needed to cut some trees down around 8" wide. Done the job very well.

Faulty charger, ..
Went to recharge batteries for 6inch chain saw .charger dose not work .Tried using email to get in touch with seller but email is invalid .no way to contact supplier..Very suspicious.and frustratingBecause I’ve just wasted £50

Great tool!
This chainsaw comes with 2 batteries but I didn’t even use all of the first to do all the cutting I needed to the first day I used it. Got all my shrubs pruned and trimmed some tree limbs. Cut through it all like butter. The next day I cut down a dying pine tree with a 5” trunk with no issues. Thank you!
