The perfect post-workout drink to replenish lost fluids
I use these to replenish electrolytes lost after hot yoga. I sweat a lot in that class and so replenishing lost fluids is important to me. I was drawn to these after reading the label and seeing all the clean ingredients. YESS!! I’m very conscious of additives that are found in so many things, and these are as clean as they get. Worth noting, there aren’t any additives that would typically make dissolving easier, so the powder does take some work to mix into your water. I use a handheld frother and that works great for me! Overall full of flavor and so far, I’m really happy with the product. I do mix mine into a 40 oz bottle of water, just because I normally drink that much, post workout, and I like it more watered down. I’ll definitely be buying more!

Great taste!
I loved the various variety of flavor offerings in this. Liked this way more than electrolytes with stevia. Was great tasting and really liked that it has magnesium to help aid in muscle recovery. Plan to use this for backpacking, hikes, and after workouts.

Insulted
I was previously a user of LMNT and I enjoyed the flavor and beneficial effects of that product. Although I had no complaint with it, I decided to give insaltd a try since the write up and product description sounded good and I liked the sound of the flavors offered. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed. Each of the flavors has a very chemical/medicinal taste and I can barely get a serving down. I would not recommend.

Great Way To Replenish Electrolytes
As a runner in Florida, I'm always looking for the right fuel and hydration to get me through my miles. I have some favorites, but it's always great to mix it up.I am always on the sweatier side so iI do look for higher sodium content, and I prefer lower to no sugar, so Insaltd packets seemed like a no-brainer. I also liked the variety pack - there's nothing worse than getting stuck with all one flavor, especially if it's not as tasty as hoped.Everything mixes into water nicely and easily with no clumping. The flavors were all bold and didn't have any funky aftertastes. After review, the grapefruit is probably my favorite with the citrus in second. I used the packets after my outdoor runs, and felt great. That being said, 900 mg per packet is a lot of sodium for regular training. If I was in for a marathon or half marathon right now, it would be perfect, but for regular Florida summer running, it's not necessary. I will stash these until i start ramping up my miles.

I've acclimated to it (I tried grapefruit first, then a variety pack)
I decided to give this product another shake, by trying some more flavors. After a week of this, I can say that I've acclimated to this sweetener, and no longer bothers me like it originally did. (I'd compare this effect to e.g. switching from Coke to Diet Coke; at first the switch from sugar to artificial sweetener might be off-putting, but eventually it becomes an "acquired taste".)I say that, because I can /still/ tell a difference between Insaltd's chosen sweetener and e.g. Stevia used by a competitor. But Insaltd's sweetener (Glyvia) no longer registers as having an unpleasant aftertaste. (I want to say that I saw somewhere on the interwebs that Glyvia is primarily a Monk Fruit extract. One article on monk fruit (which I don't think Amazon will let me link) says "the aftertaste of monk fruit sweetener may vary from person to person and may not be noticeable to some. Others may describe it as a subtle bitterness". I suspect I'm just one of those "others".I can now say that it was probably unfortunate (for the folks at Insaltd) that their grapefruit flavor was my first introduction to their product. Their grapefruit isn't bad; I'd describe it as "more robustly grapefruity than the competition, perhaps with more afternotes of rind."After grapefruit, I tried their flavors (just one per day) in this order: (1) Mango Passionfruit, (2) Citrus, (3) Lemon Ginger. I still experienced the aftertaste on the first try of Mango Passionfruit. But the next day was Citrus, and I really liked that flavor! (It's probably my favorite of Insaltd's offerings.) The Lemon Ginger... well, let's just say that one isn't my jam. But after that I went back to Insaltd's grapefruit, and it was alright. (Then: just in case there were QC differences between the variety pack's grapefruit, and my original purchase grapefruit, I circled back tonight at had my O.G. Insaltd grapefruit, and it is identical. So, I have to conclude that I have acclimated. I've increased my review to 4 stars.Original review below.----I'm not exactly sure why I didn't like this, but my instinct is to blame the weird sweetener. I bought it because I liked a competitor's grapefruit, but it is hard to find. This Insaltd comes in cheaper, so I thought I'd try it as a replacement.Insaltd's marketing text says "no stevia aftertaste", but to me Insaltd's "Glyvia" has a bad aftertaste. (Either that, or their grapefruit flavoring is off.)

Great flavors
Really great flavors! I’m so impressed with how good they all taste. Great value for the price also. Will definitely become my new go-to for staying hydrated during my summer runs!

Really bitter taste
These are not great. There is a bitter citrus taste to all of them. I tried, because I saw them mentioned by a movement guy I follow. But, oye vey, they are not for me.
