Absolutely thrilled with this monitor. It worked perfectly straight out of the box – no fuss at all. The resolution and refresh rate are exactly as advertised, delivering a smooth and crisp picture. The biggest upgrade for me has been the colour grading and white balance; it's a huge improvement over my old monitor and makes everything look so much better. Highly recommend!

At this price point, you get a lovely 4K 144hz monitor which looks modern and does the job well. The screen is lovely to look at. There is no flickering and the colours are clear. I mainly use this for software engineering connected to my MacBook through DisplayPorts and it works flawlessly.

I bought this for my PS5, so I can't comment on it's performance on PC. This review is written a month after purchase.Setup is easy and the stand is sturdy/quick to attach. It comes with a high speed HDMI cable which supports 4k at 120hz on the PS5, so no need to buy one separately. It came with other cables to, but I didn't need these and don't remember what they are!The quality of the image is fantastic, and the settings are perfect out of the box, so no need to spend ages getting them right. The controls are easy to use and the UI is simple and easy to adjust.One thing to note, lots of PS5 games don't support 4k at 120fps, most are 60fps, so don't worry when you check the settings and it says 4k at 60fps when you plug it in! When you get a game that supports 120fps, it does display at this quality, and does so fantastically!Overall, for the price, I can't recommend this monitor enough, fantastic quality and easy to use

Was really excited to get this monitor and seemed really good. When it arrived it was working and was great for the first 3 weeks but then while I was gaming vertical lines suddenly appeared on screen and made it unusable. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method and have tried to get help but nothing works, will be returning

If you're solely going to use this for gaming, it's absolutely solid. Graphics are incredible, no input lag and 120fps a possibility. I purchased a decent HDMI though specific for gaming so would recommend if you use this monitor.I've noticed when watching netflix, there's some form of screen tear and other colours (I think to do with HDR settings, which is a little offputting)

The media could not be loaded. An amazing monitor that has great image quality and performance. The fast response time makes this very useful for competitive gaming and displays stunning 4k resolution with HDR and VRR. This also features lighting at the back of the monitor with lots of different colours to choose from.PS5 and Xbox series x games look stunning at 4k 120fps and the ability to function at 4k 144hz makes this very useful for pc gaming as well as the future of gaming overall. This is a top class monitor with superb picture quality for the price. It makes SO MUCH difference to games, films and everyday use. I'll never be able to go back to any other monitor in the future!Do not listen to critisism about the build quality. It is sturdy and much like any other brand. It is height adjustable, tiltable etc, so you can get the picture exactly where you want it.Some tips:- Get the BEST 2.1 ultra high speed HDMI cable you can (recommend Stouchi cable on Amazon) to get the most amazing picture- Take a smartphone pic of the serial number (on the back) when unpacking, so that you can easily register with LG, for the warranty.- Download the official LG 'Onscreen Control' app for fine tweaking- These monitors sell out pretty fast on Amazon. As soon as 12 com into stock they are gone within a few days. If you are looking to grab hold of one, check back regularly (rather than once weekly).

Coming from an OLED, I was aware that there would be a degradation of quality/performance. I chose an IPS monitor because I wanted to use it for productivity on a Macbook as well as gaming on PS5. What I did not expect, however, was the quality to look significantly worse with HDR turned on. Unfortunately I'm not happy with purchasing a £400-500 monitor with features that I evidently need to turn off to get a somewhat decent experience. For performance and work, the text looks sharp and the resolution is highly detailed. For gaming - it's not worth the money.
