I have been using this CREA-8 for a few months now, and I can say that it is one of the best creatine products I have ever tried. Be aware - it makes you hold water! This is a fine, white powder with simple creatine monohydrate as the only ingredient and no unnecessary junk like flavours, sweeteners and colours that so many sports supplements come with.It is mainly flavourless but does have a bit of a metallic or mineral taste, similar to some stronger tasting tap water that I've had, mixes in water easily but can also be added to protein shakes.I use it to increase and maintain the lean muscle mass that I've already built, if you are trying to bulk you can take more than the 5g daily dose. I normally take it shortly before a workout to get the most benefit from creatine helping with performance and being able to lift more.On rest days I take it whenever I feel like since it doesn't matter as much then.
