Yes, but it would not be very good idea. These are not stretchy and it would not be very fluffy.

Are these fiberglass sheets coated with teflon?

The fibers appear to be coated but the sheet isn't a solid surface coat. I bought it thinking it might be like that name brand craft sheet that you can work inks on, but it's not that type of product. It is more like a pressing sheet for ironing and heat presses. It's good at what it does but if you're looking for a craft sheet for glue and inks, this isn't it.

How many times can I use them?

I’ve used one sheet at least 100 times for pressing T-shirts. I threw that one away only because I noticed that the sheet was beginning to thin & looked worn. I’m not sure if there is a set limit of use, though. I hope this helps.
