The aprons we got at work rub on my neck and it hurts. Bought a couple of these and they are so much better. Wish it had something in the middle though so that you didn't have to manually cross it yourself every time.

Obviously cut for smaller people. I am a 6' tall 250 lb man and they won't meet to tie in the back. Measured many other aprons of mine and my wife and the ties on this are 6-12 inches shorter than any other we have ever owned.

This set is good for beginner cooks/beginner chefs in the kitchen. While it may appear fancier with the pockets for a pens and other needs, the aprons themselves are very thin. Which is fine, it makes the aprons lightweight however a thicker one may be better for a professional kitchen. There was also some threads around the buttons and a couple areas where the threads stuck out, but didn't look like they were going to come undone. These aprons are stab and waterproof (images for reference) and you can just wipe off the water. However I don't think it would survive a tsunami or a large spill if a rat that wanted to cook spilt a large cauldron on you. The set I ordered was also shown to be dark green and brown but when it arrived it was much more black and brown. If not the darkest of greens I have ever seen, causing an internal "the dress" debate with myself. But it's functional nonetheless, so it isn't too much of a worry.
