If you want a great power recliner, massager, and lift chair for less than the second mortgage required to purchase such a chair at Laz-y-Boy, then your search is done -period. Bought two blue pseudo leather recliners for my wife and and, hers sized for her 5’ frame and mine sized for my 6’2” frame. I just had simultaneous bilateral total knee replacement (I’m 55 - but the knees were shot!) and this chair has been my relaxing spot, my place to sit while running my ice machine, and ultimately the place I move to sleep after the discomfort of the bed position has woken me (around 4:30-5 am). The Chair is sturdy, but soft and so comfortable! Heat and massage on the left hand and movement controls on the right hand. Includes two cup holders and two USB B ports. Struggling for a fair complaint, the leg rest could be better padded, but I use a pillow on it…so! Had a small tear in the upholstery on my wife’s model and a quick call got us a replacement arm in less than a week - Excellent Customer Service! I suppose overal durability and wear and tear will require a future update, but for now, for us……best purchase in a while!

I ordered this chair for my father who is finding it harder to stand up on his own. The chair came with a few problems on the reclining feature, and the company was amazing helping us resolve the issues. They were very fast to respond, very clear about their course of action, and diligent at following up. We got everything fixed my dad spentds his days and nights in this chair and it has been amazing. He is a tall man and it is just the right size. He especially loves that it can recline all the way for sleeping, and enjoys the massage feature. Thank you and Mcombo!

Bought this lift recliner for my wife; she suffers from pancreatic cancer. This chair arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. However, the lumbar support caused her back pain. It didn't cause me any pain but the chair was for her use, not mine. MCombo was excellent...asked for a return authorization and it was given within 48 hours. I boxed it up in original boxes and FedEx picked it up at no charge. Although we didn't keep the chair, the customer service was excellent. Sent me at least three emails detailing how to handle return...even sent an acknowledgement that the chair was received in their warehouse. Way to win customers.

It is comfortable and, assembles and disassembles easily. The massage functions are passable but, what I got for were the recline and get-up-assist functions, which are great, and again it's comfortable enough to fall asleep in. I'm very happy with this item.

A little slow getting out, leg adjustment after a couple hours needed.

I recently had back surgery and bought this recliner in advance of my surgery so I would have a safe place to rest and thought the lift would be a great asset to aid in helping me stand.It was easy enough for one person to put together but the flap kept falling so that made it difficult to see the the wires. Ok if you have someone to hold the flap up.I received the chair on Wednesday, today is Tuesday and the lift has already stopped working…and while I was trying to get up. The chair started wobbling some while using the lift over the past 2 days and then the backrest started malfunctioning. After I had someone help me out of the chair they did some troubleshooting checking all the wires for secure connections. The backrest seemed to start working, but not the lift which was stuck halfway forward so no one can even sit in the chair at all.I called customer service and the guy said to tap on the motor. Apparently this is common—very disappointing for a $700 chair. That did nothing to help the issuer, so he told me to take a video and send an email to a technician.We did this and are still waiting for a response—who knows how long this will take….Someone who is helping me here took a rubber mallet to the side of the motor and it shifted about an inch to the right. Now the lift does move up and down, but when I press the “Home” button-which is supposed to return me to the starting seated position, it lifts the chair instead.Beyond these mechanical issues there is very little lumbar support so I have to add pillows and blankets to try to get the support I need. That of course makes the heat function pointless as you cannot feel it once you add a pillow.I expected a lot more for the money I paid. Very cheaply made, very disappointed!!!

After complete assembly the back recline only worked. The foot rest and lift extension did not work. Only a faint beep came from the chair. After laying the chair on its side I found the "main motor" lead (with red tape tracker) was not connected to the black plastic electrical lead box. This took 2 attempts to connect fully and securely, a rather flimsy connection. The lead receptacle on the black box also had red debris on the surface. ( like a red china marker) I was concerned that this was a rework mark and red tape tracker from the factory.After the correction the chair functioned fine , so far.The assembly was easy and good. Most electrical connections were good except the two prong power /usb connections which connect but seem flimsy.The appearance is very good. The chair functions as described and lays nearly flat if desired.Would have been 5 stars; the chair clearly did not work when it left the factory, nor final check prior to shipment. If received by customers who expects it to work without troubleshooting it would have been a failure and a cumbersome return.Leaving a three star was gracious since turning an inoperative chair into a functional chair that looks good was achieved.
