I absolutely love this faucet. It’s wonderful to know whether it’s hot , cold or warm, and just looking at it ..you can tell in a second. 1.8 flow rate is so much better than 1.5. Its hard to get enough water out on most kitchen faucets. I can easily clean the sink and wash things. I love the touch feature. I didn’t realize how much I missed it. Our house had one before we sold it. I knew I wanted a new touch faucet but was looking for just the right one. This was easy to install. this faucet has 3-function spray head and a pull out sprayer. Pull down sprayer kitchen faucet with 3 setting modes : STREAM for filling water, SPRAY for strong cleaning wash.The best is the SWEEP mode -It is a powerful high-pressure piece of wide sweep water, this cleans your sink and dishes easily. It is well made and it looks so nice in my kitchen just the right height

I found a lot to like about this faucet. The touch to turn on feature, makes it so easy to get water when hands are messy. The pull down spout has a joint which makes directing the nozzle to spray right where I want so convenient. As one might expect there’s a toggle for a steady stream or a spray. Directly above the toggle is a button that shoots out a very intense spray which makes cleaning dishes off or blasting lightly stuck debris off of pans so much easier.

POS do not buy! It wobbles , works good but it wobbles and it is very cheaply made! Please watch my video!

For a generic brand on Amazon, contact actually turned o it to be an excellent package. Bought the black, touch-on version of the faucet. Installation was very straightforward; as with most of these, removing thr old faucet takes longer than the new one. The faucet requires four AA batteries to run, and after about five minutes of charging up what I assume to be a capacitor inside the box, the faucet requires the lightest of touches to turn on. There are three spray options. A normal aerated stream, a nice vortex-type swirl that’s great for cleaning dishes, and a third button engages a wall of water that actually quite useful for cleaning the sink and guiding food remains to the drain. The only criticism I have is that while all the pictures show a soap dispenser (and I planned on using it), the box does not contain one, so it feels like a small bait and switch. You can buy one separately, or get a cap for the hole in the countertop as I ended up doing, but either way this is an additional cost that isn’t obvious. Overall, the faucet is excellent and feels like it’ll last for many years.

This product has left me embarrassed at times because I have gotten so used to it, that I find myself tapping on regular faucets like a dork. lol. This faucet was very easy to install. The color-coded water temp indicator is convenient and allows you to avoid standing there checking the water for temp constantly. It has an auto-off feature so you don't run the water too long or accidentally walk away and it continued to waste water. It isn't a brand-name, but it is a great product!

right after installation the electrical part of the faucet would only work intermittently. After unplugging the battery pack the faucet worked as a fuacet The unit has no sensor in it, only solenoid switches the operate from manually moving the lever. After 2 months of using the unit manually, The handle fell off. The manufacturer offerd little help except an e-mail on troubleshooting, which I had already done prior to contacting them. I would absolutely not ever buy this or any other product with the VIDEC name.
