For budget conscious buyers who need a reasonably ergonomic chair for work/study/gaming under ~₹6,000–₹8,000 (or whatever local equivalent), the CELLBELL C190 Berlin is a good option. It gives a lot of features, decent comfort, and service from a known Indian/Indie brand. • But if you anticipate very long daily sessions (8+ hours every day), have specific height/weight requirements, or want highly adjustable premium features (4-D armrests, very high end gas lifts, certification like BIFMA, etc.), then you might want to invest a bit more or compare with slightly higher-tier chairs.

Absurd Quality
Update : the company’s customer support contacted me regarding the issue. They acknowledged the problem and have agreed to provide a replacement for the broken part. Will update after i receive the replacement part.
