I had purchased some frames from another vendor, and they were crazy trying to get the printed “remove this film before use” off of the plexiglass. These wonderful frames look like quality wood, or actually made of wood, the plexi had a very nice sticker on the outside of the film, to remind to remove. They have the best kind of hooks on the back of the frame, Easy to place facing out from the frame so that I can hook over the hook easily. And even though they have the fold out stand for them to be a table frame, that stand is actually smaller than the outside of the frame, which tends to be unusual these days. I stand that is larger than the frame makes it impossible to properly hang on the wall! I’ve already hung these up, all by myself (not the usual, lol), and I love them!

This was a great price and looks much pricier. It's not glass, but doesn't have that weird wavy look you sometimes get. Would definitely order again

These frames are perfect for my needs. Some people might determine the quality of a frame by how heavy the frame is and by the thickness of the glass, and I suppose a good quality frame is made with a solid heavy wood, but I like a frame that is lightweight. These frames are lightweight, but they don’t look cheap. I think the frame is made of a wood; but it is an expensive low grade wood. These frames use acrylic instead of glass. That suits me just fine. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I do not want to be concerned about the frame breaking and glass shattering. I have 3 grandchildren all under the ages of 4 in my house often. With these frames, I don’t worry about the pictures falling. Although, I realize one might not worry anyway if that person hangs a picture with good old fashion wall anchors and screws. In which case, the weight of the picture or use of glass would not be a concern to those people. However, I like to use picture hanging strips and they do not withstanding the weight of a heavy frame and glass. And I like being able to hang something without making holes if possible. I also like changing out frames every 5 years or so and that would not be possible if I purchased more expensive frames. I like to purchase frames in sets of at least 6 because I like my frames to have uniformity. Affordable frames as these allow me to be able to do that. And they look nice. These frames are simple, but highly nice looking. By the way, I ordered 6 and none of them had scratches, blemishes or breaks in the joints. They were packed very well.

Got this to match other frames from the same shop. All of the others have glass and for some reason this one has plastic. The frames are all nice wood but the plastic made this one feel and look cheap as it scratched immediately. The other frames I got from the shop were great. Just wish they were more transparent about this one.

Beautiful frames for a couple watercolors I did. They are sturdy. These were definitely a great value! I will buy these again in the future.

Good quality frame. Works well for my needs. Only complain is it was shipped via FedEx and left on the side of the road 1/4 mile from my home. Happens frequently with Fed Ex.

Very nice frame

Very nice frame, the frame is jet black and the matting is a very nice off-white (I ordered another frame from a different seller that was more of a cream and had to return it). I liked the frame so much I ordered a second one from the same seller, the colors match perfectly to complete my set.

I purchased this as a gift and it came in perfect condition. The matting was suitable for the artwork I added to it. It was priced right.

If it weren't for it arriving with a decent sized ding in this, I would have given this frame 5 stars. So, like other reviewers have stated, it could arrive damaged to you. But, I just dealt with the ding. It's not the worst in the world (but anyone would notice it), and I don't think visitors would care. The art inside the frame is what's most interesting. It even came with a nice picture in it already, that you could actually just use if you didn't have something to put in it. All in all, it's decent, but I would say get up and go to the store and get a frame so you don't risk purchasing something damaged.

I just bought my second one. It's a nice-looking frame, with a decent matte that this match lots of interiors. The acrylic is better than glass, in my opinion. It's distortion free, does not reflect ambient light as much, which lets you see the photo better, doesn't break in shipping (or with use). This is reflected in the fact the acrylic is more expensive than glass, wholesale and at most framing shops.My only negative is that is uses a series of 10-12 tiny metal tabs on the rear to hold in the photo, rather than something hinged. This makes it difficult to frequently switch out the photo, as the tabs are difficult to use and will eventually break. If you would like to frequently change the photo, choose another product.
