Soft, Chewy, and Delicious
These cookies are dangerously delicious. Like, hide-the-box-from-yourself delicious. They’ve quickly become my all-time favorite keto snack, and I honestly have to ration them or I’d inhale the whole pack in a day. They’re that good. Should probably put in a different container and label oatmeal or something.Portion Size:These things are quite large. One cookie easily feels like a full dessert—rich, satisfying, and enough to keep you from prowling the pantry. I usually cut one in half so I can enjoy a little treat twice a day. Half after lunch, half after dinner—it’s my version of adulting with dessert.Flavor:These cookies hit that sweet spot (literally) between indulgence and keto-conscious. They’re definitely on the sweeter side, and while you can tell they’re made with a sugar alternative, the flavor is still rich and satisfying. Not artificial or bitter—just sweet enough to scratch the itch without throwing your taste buds into confusion. The chocolate chips? Generously sized and melty when warmed. Yes, I sometimes microwave mine for 5 seconds and pretend I’m eating a fresh-out-of-the-oven bakery cookie.Moisture & Texture:Unlike so many keto cookies that taste like sawdust in disguise, these are soft, chewy, and moist—like homemade chocolate chip cookies. No dry, crumbly disappointment here. Just soft, pillowy goodness that makes your mouth happy.Protein & Keto-Friendliness:Each cookie packs 15 grams of protein, which means it’s not just a treat—it actually holds me over between meals. And with only 9 net carbs, it fits neatly into my keto lifestyle without guilt or glucose spikes. It’s like finding a unicorn in the snack aisle.Price:Yes, at nearly $2 a cookie (when buying the 12-pack), it’s more of a treat-yourself item than a bulk snack. But for the quality, size, and satisfaction factor, I think it’s totally worth it—especially when compared to the sad, overpriced keto snacks I’ve tried in the past. Dry and crumbly? Not today.Overall Ratings:Portion Size: 5/5Flavor: 4.5/5Moisture: 5/5Texture: 5/5If you’re looking for a high-protein, keto-friendly snack that actually feels like a dessert, this is it. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you—they’re almost too good. 😉

Excellent protein cookie that keeps you feeling full.
Great snack on the go. Packed with lots of fiber and protein. Great value for the money. This item is cheaper to buy in bulk. The texture of the protein cookie is just right. Very tasty to the palate.

Best flavor of Quest cookies
Out of all the Quest cookie flavors I’ve tried, this one is hands-down the best. The white chocolate and macadamia combination works really well, and the texture is soft and chewy, just as promised. It’s a great option for a protein-packed treat, though the sweetness could be a touch stronger for my taste. Definitely my go-to flavor from this brand!

Honest review (scroll down for short read)
My honest opinion is that these taste bad nothing good about them. If your gonna get a protein snack get the bars instead of this because once I got them I decided to try one and the moment I opened it, it smelled very bad. The cookie is very dry if your gonna eat it use at least 1 whole water bottle. The cookies are kinda hard and take some sort of strength if you’re trying to split it. The chocolate chip can’t be tasted because of the blend of the cookie and the real nuts inside. I don’t know if something was wrong with the cookies I got but I totally recommend getting the protein bars because it has better protein to calories ratio and this one is more calories for less protein. If you’re gonna buy some sort of the cookies don’t buy this flavor.Summary: Cookie is very dry and I recommend having a bottle when eating. Taste not the best and the chocolate and protein can’t be much tasted because of the smell it has (not very nice) and because of the blend of the cookie. Buy the protein bars from the same company with better protein amount and lower calories rather than this flavor. Don’t buy this flavor out of all of them, if you are gonna buy some cookies get a different flavor.

Tasty protein cookies
🔹Chocolate chip cookies:In my opinion, the texture is more like "regular" soft cookies. There is a little taste but I'm not sure from what, could be from butter. I don't consume butter frequently so might not be used to the buttery taste. I prefer chewy cookies to soft or crunchy ones, but these cookies do satisfy my occasional cookie cravings.(For "regular" I'm trying to the ones with no protein, lots of sugar, lots of fat, and possibly lots of additives.)One thing to be aware: It has higher saturated fat compared to peanut butter cookies, since it contains more butter (second ingredient after the ingredients for protein blend).🔸Peanut butter cookies:The texture ranges from chewy to hard, depending on the batch/package. The ones from previous box were chewy, but this time they're on the harder side. These cookies are more dense compared to chocolate chip cookies (thinner and break more easily).Butter is lower on the ingredient list, and these cookies are lower in sat fat. I would prefer the texture of these with chocolate chips since I like chocolate chips in cookies, but I like these cookies a lot. However, sometimes the box of both of these cookies are damaged when received, either the dotted lines were torn open, the tape seal on the box was opened, etc. I would review the seller differently, but I think these cookies are good!)I would try the other flavors, but they cost more. I've had the double chocolate cookies once but I don't remember, since I bought it at a local store and there were 4 in a box.
