Great solution for keeping bedroom dark in the summer
I have an east facing bedroom with large windows and am regularly woken early by summer sunrise light streaming in. This is a simple and cost effective solution. With it's velcro fastenings that are easy to fit to the window frame it's quick to put up and take down as needed. It's generous size means it can be easily cut to size to fit most windows and cuts out 90% of that annoying dawn light. Helps keep the room cool too helping you prolong sleep in those warm summer early mornings.

Easy to install, adhesive strips could be better
Easy to install, the material could have been a little thicker but it did the job. The adhesive velcro tabs could have been stronger but it lasted all summer for my child and worked well once the main blind went over the top of it as there are tiny holes that the sun can penetrate.

Not 100% black out.
This blind for the price is an okay purchase but with the longer evenings I will be buying another more opaque one as this blind still lets in a lot of light, it's very thin material so not ideal in the summer.

Did not totally blackout
Honestly would not buy this again, it has holes all over. Doesn’t totally blackout, only been up 12 hours and the sticky pads are coming off! so really a waste of money.

Perfect for the job
I bought 2 of these for my bay window to darken the room when my projector is on. Perfect for the job. I have the silver on my side because I think it would look odd having silver facing out. Really thin like tent material so easy to cut. I've knocked off a star for the stupid velcro. Why can't they just make the backing paper slightly larger so it's easy to get off. By the twentieth strip I was def rethinking my life choices and my manicure!I have put extra velcro so they are sort of rolled up so it lets light in during the day. The material does have some pin prick holes that let in light but nothing serious

Is a bit transparent
You can see that the light pass through the blackout (not as normal curtain) but still far to be a nice blackout. The stickers also don’t hold as expected
