These were perfect. I worried about getting the powder inside if the capsules and the bag had 2 slim spoons. It was great. Easy to swallow.

Just what I needed!
I'm trying to add a supplement to my diet that I cannot tolerate. The taste is awful and I couldn't get past it. These capsules are the PERFECT answer! They're easy to fill with the spice and they are the size I needed. I couldn't be more pleased. This solution is just wonderful for Black Cumin and other healthy but 'strong' tasting spices that you aren't able to ingest in the amount needed for healthy outcomes. Yea!!!

dont know why but all my capsules leak after I fill them. I fill them and then store them in a small screw top jar and by the end of the month there is quite a lot leaked out. I do push them firmly together when I fill them.
