Works great. Accurate temp, high/low/humidity history in the app, very long battery life.
I use two of these in my garage to monitor temps and humidity. They are connected to wifi and I have them set to update every hour. I have freezing alerts set in the app. Battery life is great - I have to recharge them every 6-8 months. Very happy with the quality and performance of these.

Inexpensive thermostat that delivers.
I put this in my detached workshop because the HVAC in the room doesn’t give an honest reading of the conditions. It is detailed, convenient, easy to setup, long battery life, and accurate. Will be getting more of these.

Nice screen but doesn't work properly
This is a Wifi thermometer. I already have a wifi thermometer, but I like the display on this one with the big numbers that are easy to see.Unfortunately, this one doesn't work properly. Here are the problems that I experienced:1. The temperature readout is off by about 2.0F. I checked it.2. The display is much slower to react to temperature changes than my old thermometer.3. Wifi connectivity. The wifi symbol flashes which according to the troubleshooter means poor wifi signal. Solution is to move it closer to the router. Well it still flashes even when right next to the router. The troubleshooter offers no other solutions. Either way the app doesn't work properly because of this connectivity problem.I was hoping to use it to control a window AC that is plugged in to a Wifi smart plug. Obviously because of the problems that I mentioned it won't work for that, unlike my old thermometer which work's perfect.

You should get this! I love it
I love this product! I bought it to monitor the temperature of our rv for our dog. It works great and alerts me if it gets too hot. I recommend this product all the time.

Works as described
I was looking for a thermometer that was Wi-Fi to be able to tie to an app so that when I’m away, I can tell what the temperature is inside the home. It also checks the humidity. So far the app works well and I’ve had no issue. It’s accurate. I will test it for two months when I’m away to see how well it works.

Well made, can be calibrated, multiple power options.
The Inkbird climate monitor arrived in a well packaged hard paper box. My observations as follows:Likes:-- Well made of high quality plastic and well packaged. Unit comes out of the box without any blemishes.-- Very large display with clear reading of temperature and humidity.-- Paired with Tuya Smart app just fine. It was able to use nearby device pairing mode, without my having to leave my 5Ghz WiFi network, though it did not display a name in discovery mode. They didn't mention that this could work with Tuya Smart, but it seems to report okay with a lot of features and settings available.-- You can set your own humidity and temperature comfort icons threshold, as well as high/low temperature and humidity alarms, among other settings. It seems to have quite a few more settings availale compared to a typical wifi smart client sensor unit.-- Through the app you can change the temperature reading intervals, though I haven't seen it change the reporting rate accordingly with Tuya.-- The reading responds pretty quickly, and perhaps a bit jittery. Just by holding it with your hand near the sensor port can change the humidity and even temperature reading dramatically.-- Has a USB C charging port, which can also double as a continuous power supply if you don't mind hurting the battery a little by keeping it constantly charged all the time. The enclosed lithium battery allows for easy placement as well where there is no power.Caveats:-- The Inkbird's own app seems to suffer from quite a few negative reviews, citing crashes and connection problems. The fact you have to register for another account is a bit annoying. I also have trouble pairing with it following the pairing instructions, as I probably have to connect to the 2.4ghz wifi which my cable company's modem wouldn't really allow me to do as they are of the same SSID. Thankfully Tuya Smart still works with this thermometer/hygrometer.-- Humidity seems to read slightly lower compared to my other hygrometers, but close. Temperature readings appeared to be okay. This is with the other thermometers/hygrometers consistent with each other than with this unit. Though in the app you can calibrate the temperature and humidity, a feature that is rare among other such wifi units.- From observation the best I have gotten is about one reading per hour, even though the meter responds to environmental changes quite a bit faster than that, and is set to read temperature every 5 seconds. The slow reporting rate would directly affect the responsiveness of automation and controls, such as setting dehumidifier or AC at certain humidity or temperature levels. Although this slower rate of reporting isn't unique to this wifi unit, but some others I've tried. It may have something to do with Tuya's network availability or sampling rate as well.Overall, I find this to be a very well made, easy to read humidity meter and hygrometer. I couldn't get the Inkbird app to work with the unit. However, it does work with Tuya, though the reporting rate couldn't be forced higher even with the frequency settings available. It has a USB C port for charging and power supply, which is a real plus. The ability to be used with battery allows for easy placement. The temperature and humidity reading is fairly accurate, with humidity reading seemingly a bit low, but calibration is actually possible through software--a rare feature. It appears to be a very thoughtfully designed and well manufactured unit that's functional and full featured. Only if the accompanying software worked.

Very nice to remotely monitor both temp and humidity, easy to use and set up.
The humidity and temperature sensor came well packaged with everything needed including a charging cable and manual that was easy to follow. It took me a couple tries to get it connected but nothing hard, just make sure it’s connecting to a 2.4g Wi-Fi network. The built in stand works just fine for placing the sensor about anywhere. The screen easy to read locally, and I can check temps and humidity from anywhere on my phone or tablet. It does exactly what I was hoping it would. Would recommend.
