Great Quality and Cleaning Power – Better Than Floss Action!
I’ve used Oral-B Floss Action brush heads before, but these Cross Action heads are definitely better in terms of cleanness and overall comfort. The angled bristles really help get into hard to reach areas and I can feel my teeth being thoroughly cleaned after every use.What really surprised me was that I received 5 brush heads instead of 4, even though the pictures showed only 4 great value for money! At this price, it’s definitely worth stocking up.The bristles firmness is just right not too soft, not too harsh. I find them comfortable to use, but some might prefer softer ones if they have sensitive gums.Overall, if you’re looking for a genuine, high quality replacement head that cleans better than Floss Action, these are a great choice!

They do vibrate a bit
These toothbrush heads are said to be compatible with Oral B toothbrushes at a much cheaper cost than the authentic Oral B heads. I did read the reviews...but I wasn't prepared for just how much it vibrates. It's a bit of a shock to begin with and I did worry about the effect of the vibration on my capped teeth, but they seem to be alright and I'm getting used to the effect now. The upside is MUCH cleaner feeling teeth. The brush seems to be able to get right in at all the hard-to-reach bits. I'm guardedly happy but my fingers are still crossed for my capped teeth.

Good brush heads
These are good quality and firm. Once you clean you clean your teeth with these you don’t want to touch a manual brush again. My teeth feel super clean and shiny after using this.

Efficient will be buying again.
One brush lasts me about 3-4 weeks. The bristles are quite firm, and they give my teeth a pearly finish. The brush really gets into every nook and cranny. The length is the same as the one you get with the original set. Very efficient; will buy it... Did find a bargain for 8 in Superdrug. And the noise? Well, it's going to be slightly noisy now; it's not that loud.
