Q: Why does the seat cushion tilt downward? I assembled the chair correctly and made all possible adjustments.

I did the same thing and just turned the base plate that attaches to the seat around and now it tilts back.

Q: Can you remove the lumbar support? If so, how do you remove this?

You can remove the lumbar “support”. There is an elongated plastic cover on the back of the chair that will reveal 2 screws. Remove the screws and you can remove the lumbar support and toss it in a volcano. However, you will absolutely need to stick something in between the mesh and where the lumbar pain device mounts, I use a small pillow and some foam.

Q: Are the wheels plastic, rubber or rubber coated? Is the wheel Stem: 7/16" for replacement?

The wheels are plastic. I ordered a set of “roller blade” casters and they fit perfectly. The stems are 7/16”.

Q: What is the lowest seat height from floor to top of seat?

I measured just under 19 inches. But when sat on, the seat compresses quite a bit.
