Good mct doesn't taste like anything I even tried from the bottle neat , I use this for my bullet proof coffee in the morning and will definitely order more

This MCT oil is good, healthy and can be mixed with coffee in the morning without breaking the fast. The taste is a bit bitter so that's why only 4 stars. Dissolves easily and seems to be cutting down hunger which means it's doing the job.

Hopefully it will assist our dog.

Overall it'd be a really good product and a good substitution of a more expensive version I bought before I got this.However unfortunately the design is horrible, when you pour the oil out of the bottle it goes everywhere.. I mean, EVERYWHERE! It'd be a good idea to add something to it that makes is easier not to make a mess. The more expensive one I got before from H&B had a thing on the bottle that didn't allow this to happen.If you have a spare bottle like that you can just pour the whole amount into a different bottle and use it that way I guess.

The item itself was just as advertised and I was attracted by the idea I could dissolve it in coffee. But on a personal level I found I didn't like the taste - ironically, for me, it tasted too 'creamy' ! I suppose as it is called a creamer, I should have taken this as a clue as to what it might taste like. Better perhaps for shakes or something that would mask the flavour. But, as I say, this is just a personal view, nothing wrong with the product per se.

Dissolves easily, I tasted it today in my bulletproof coffee i used 15 ml and I haven’t had any stomach pain. I was using coconut oil before this so I’ll probably update about my energy levels
