This pack contains plenty of mouth tape pieces and is very convenient to use. The X tape is strong and has strong stickiness which is suitable for most people. I say most people because unfortunately I am not one of them! I have a beard (stubble) and the tape does not stick at all on to it which means it's just my lips that have the tape. The parts that would have been above my lips flap when I breathe through my nose and is very irritating so I ended up removing it.The next night I tried again but this time I put the X in landscape mode which was better because it was only on my lips. The surface area was not so great and it wasn't on my lips when I woke up! I have found better results with plain and simple zinc oxide tape which is stronger and does adhere to hair but also possibly recyclable!

I always wake up very tired, and I think part of that is because I'm always breathing through my mouth when sleeping, rather than my nose. I read that using tape on your mouth seems to help. I have tried it once now, and noticed a small change, but nothing to be too impressed about. I also noticed I took it off during the night and didn't even realise. I'll try again and see how I get on, but so far it's okay.
