Great for self-study as a practicing engineer
This book, along with its companion MIT OCW lectures (on YouTube), are great for self-studying power electronics as a practicing engineer. The only thing lacking (as is all too common with textbooks) is solutions to the end of chapter problems. However this book mostly makes up for this with ample in-chapter examples.

THE best source on Power Conversion
Being interested in Power Conversion I recently found David Perrault's course on YouTube (MIT OpenCourseWare). This course is the best you can find on the subject. That book is a perfecr reference, covering even more than you hear in the course

This is one of the best power electronics I have read. In depth and detailed analysis provides full understanding even with some difficult topics, e.g., magnetics. This is a must book for PE engineer
