Quality insoles at a nice price
I use these insoles in my biking shoes. They make them stiffer, which translates into more power to the bike pedals. That's a big plus!The drawback to these is that they make the toebox of my shoes smaller, so my toes are more squished than before I inserted the insoles. But not to the point of being uncomfortable, just harder to put on.I recommend them to any bicyclist who wants to put more power in their pedal stroke.

Uncomfortable
My podiatrist recommended a carbon fiber insole so I tried it. These are thin and I tend to wear shoes with a wide toe box. However, I couldn't tolerate these in my sneaker style hiking shoes. It made my toes numb to have them in the shoe. Sent them back.
