Willie's Black Pearls: Sea Salt Caramel 150g

these are quite special, lovely really dark intense chocolate and the salty caramel is delicious

Got these for the misses's valentines, dark chocolate lover she is. These were a little too dark for my taste but herself loved them, a little on the expensive side but they are quality chocolates.

Seem to be of good quality (good dark chocolate)but the filling is simply far too salty for me. Biting into one, the overall effect is almost savory. Some people may like them but I will not be buying again.

Excellent chocolates right from the packaging to the the taste, great for a present or just enjoying on your own.

some of my all-time favourite chocolates, but definitely meant for dark chocolate lovers. if you're just not into dark chocolate, then don't get these. but they are my -heaven-

This is chocolate as chocolate should be ... and not the terribly sugared, massively adulterated and inferior quality that is mostly passed for real "chocolate" nowadays. However, it's highly ironic that those used to the inferior choc they've been used to tend to find this superior stuff as the unappetising & inferior stuff - they don't even know how very wrong they are !! (as witnessed by a couple of the comments here - they seriously need to educate their [cacao] palate - unless all they're after is a saccharine-fix). Of course it goes without say that you absolutely need to appreciated dark chocolate to appreciate these. ... (Also, in reply to another comment above, the 'rough' & 'non-uniform' shape of these speaks to the fact they're hand and not mass produced, and most certainly NOT to the fact that they're shoddily produced.

not bad the salted caramel filling, but the chocolate from this supposedly high quality brand was a disappointment: an unelegant taste, a dominant, rough bitter note with an aggressive, long and unpleasant aftertaste. very disappointed.
