Anyone who has seven inhaler and uses this knows that it’s not always easy to get one that stays clean. This one will stay clean because it has a cap on the end.I leave my inhaler inside of it and then just pop out the container give it a shake and give myself a puff once in the morning.Works great I recommend it for the money.

The picture shows an end piece that accepts a round inhaler mouth piece. However, that is not what is shipped. The end piece only accepts an inhaler with an oval mouth piece. The end piece is also hard so it can’t be manipulated to accept different kinds of inhalers.

Pay attention before buying!I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize that where the inhaler goes into isn't the shape of the inhaler my son has. Not even sure how it's supposed to hold the medicine inside like people are mentioning because there's holes on the lid for it to escape (besides the inhaler not fitting tightly into the rubber space provided). It does say it should fit but it doesn't and it leaves a gap between the rubber piece and the inhaler piece. Paid to have it shipped sooner due to the weather and it didn't work for us, unfortunately.
