Tin feels very sturdy. Larger than expected which is great. The colour is nice. Compartments are quite useful as the box is quite large.

A good sized tin which is ideal for the variety of packet seeds I wish to stock. A well built product with good clasps and hinges. The colour and identification makes it different from other types.

I was really pleased with this purchase. I brought it for a gift but liked it so much, i would of been very happy to have this for myself! It was bigger than i thought it would be and great quality too. Thank you - Love it!

I needed a container to keep bird seed in for garden birds. Previous bin was easily opened by crafty rat who got into my shed.This one has 2 clips that lock the lid securely. Note there are internal dividers which cannot be removed, but that wasn’t a problem for what I wanted. So very pleased, so are the garden birds, the rat not so.

The good bits:* arrived really well packed in bubble wrap, although was put in a large envelope bag and not a box* It’s tin - this makes it robust and protects your seeds and goodies inside if it were dropped or knocked* I really like the four compartments, especially the bigger one at the back for pea and pumpkin seeds etc - those packs are beyond huge in comparison to the normal seed packs!* the front clips secure the lid well and are easy to open/closeThe not so good bits:* when I eventually got in through the bubble wrap and tape, one of the front clips for holding the lid down was already detached. Not sure how it would’ve been attached as I can see no signs of glue residue but looks easy enough to reattach, which is why I didn’t bother with returning it* this reason is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5…it was be really useful to have a handle on top of the lid to carry the tin more easily. The side handles are a bit redundant in use and would’ve been more useful with a top handle insteadWould I buy one of these again? Absolutely!Would I buy from this seller again? Without a doubt!

Perfect size with plenty of storage space. Perfect for seed storage

Well I can’t comment on longevity as new, but assume that if I haven’t returned to amend it’s still going well.For the product upon receipt it’s about the size of an old fashioned shoe box. It’s the green as shown in the pictures accurately. The clasps are spring tensioned and the handles are as shown.Inside we have the internal space halved with a length ways divider. The rear space is 1 section while the front half is sub divided into 3 sections.I quickly and easily moved 95% of my seed packets into the rear section, my own collected seed packets took up 1 of the front sections. Another took my labels. The last a few pencils and a few small planting tools.I could have got my last 5% in as well being the over large seed packets, but I decided to just leave them in the tin I was using which could not hold everything but now easily holds those few large packets. They would need to be folded or crushed into this item, but I knew that when I ordered and didn’t want something bigger.I’m thinking of using some sticky back paper on the inside of the lid after I’ve printed a grid on it to help keep track of what I have and their use by dates, as I tend to forget everything I already have, but that’s my personal need rather than a problem with the product.So as it stands now, I’m very happy with the product. It meets all my needs and is large enough to comfortably hold everything I wanted it too. The colour is spot on for me and I think it looks good. So as long as it lasts as long as visual check on quality would suggest, I would recommend
