I know a lot of people said it was hard to inflate with the pump included. I had planned on using my bike pump, but it was Farley easy just took a little bit. But unless you have a better pump , it’s not hard but can take 10 min give or take a few min. So not really an issue. It’s not a magical pump that’s going to inflate in 30 seconds.I haven’t had to air and it’s been several weeks.Easy to use for exercise or at work or watching tv to help. It’s like exercising just sitting and balancing on it watching tv.The one thing I have to say is it’s a bit small for my height and a bit big for my roommate but I chose the middle one so we both can use it. Just have to figure out best way for us both to use it. So make sure you get the right size for youI’m happy with my purchase and the quality of this ball. The nonslip material is a big help too. And on a yoga mat helps it more from slipping. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this ball for home exercise after I could not go to the gym because of Covid. Included were a foot-pump with several nozzles, a little fold-out flyer and a paper tape. Instruction were a bit sketchy but not hard to figure out. Inflation with the foot pump was a rather slow but not too difficult. The manufacturer may benefit from just citing some online exercise sources for instructions and clarify a bit more, the correct nozzle to use, how to insert it in the ball, tape use, etc. Apparently, the ball is properly inflated when the tape just touches its two opposite poles. I have used this ball intensively almost daily and have not had to reinflate since the initial inflation. A very good product at a reasonable price.

So when I was looking for a yoga ball, I wanted to make sure I got one that was durable and wouldn’t pop immediately. I picked this one because it was pretty affordable and let me tell you , I am shocked with how durable this ball is. I have an extra large dog who jumps on this ball all the time thinking it’s one of her toys when I am trying to exercise and the dang thing hasn’t even leaked air and I inflated it roughly 2 months ago. I am pleasantly surprised. It was a little tedious to fill it up with the air pump provided so I am glad I haven’t had to do it again.

I’ve been very happy about my purchase until this morning when I saw few wall paints were on the ball (you will see the paint on the ball and the wall behind it). The ball surface is a bit sticky (which I like for safety) and my apartment wall paint got stuck on many materials (like WiFi t rooter) in the past- so it wasn’t surprising. I just need to let my family members Know (and remembering It myself) not to leave this ball by the Wall. I was happy to find color that matches our interior decorations. Wish they had white or cream, but the color silver still works.

Not easy to inflate with pump provided but I ended up using my bicycle pump with an adapter. I like doing exercises on the ball and have a couple of exercise videos. Good for back stretching.

I have used different exercise balls in the gym before, and liked them, that's why I decided to get it. I did expect this one to be a little bigger, but I guess I had previously used the wrong size, from what the size chart says. Very helpful with stretches, and easy at home use. I like the durability. It would have been nice to have the finer details about the product inside or on the box, not just in the description online.

I started physical therapy and decided I needed one of these at home. Seems to be good quality and should last. It’s very nice that they included a pump for it and that I didn’t have to purchase it separately. The pump isn’t the greatest but it worked just fine to get started. They also included extra plugs and the little tool to remove them from the ball. It was priced fairly and I will definitely look to get a smaller size in the same brand for different exercises.

This ball was easy to inflate and prepare for use. It has held the air well and has been durable. I used it for a office chair replacement until my workplace bought a nice office chair for me. It works great as either an exercise ball or an office chair replacement, but I think that a good (supportive and, usually, expensive) office chair is generally superior to an exercise ball as an office/desk chair. For the price, though, this can’t be beat.

I thought the quality of this ball was really good. Very thick, easy(ish) to blow up and great size at 75cm however, I bought this for a yoga ball chair for my home office as well as to do some exercises with it and no matter how much air I pumped into it, it didn't go hard enough. Had to return.

I've never seen an exercise ball with a more durable feeling rubber. This thing is thick but still is extremely elastic. I have no doubts that it's going to last for a very long time. I went for the XL size and as a 6ft tall man, it's perfect to use for an office chair but if I wanted to use it for standard exercises I would go a size down. This thing is great though, no regrets with it and I plan to have it around for a very long time.

I bought this for a 12 week program on YouTube I’m doing (heather Robertson, I recommend!)And so far it’s been perfect. Easy to inflate although it does take a few minutes of pumping😂 but great quality and no concern of it breaking of popping

I’m 5’4” with long limbs and bought the 65cm originally but returned it for the 75cm which is perfect for my higher than average desk height. I can have my feet flat on the ground. I’ve been using it for over 6 months 5 days a week for 5-7 hours a day and really like it. Great quality ball and I haven’t had any issues with air escaping, haven’t had to pump it up at all.

I bought this ball because I am pregnant and have back pain. This ball was easy to inflate thanks to the pump that was included in the package and is perfect for the exercises I do for my back. I also use it to work instead of my work chair and am having a little too much fun jumping on it while working.
