Really liked these and guess what they don't warp, though the y axis on the ender 3 I had to tilt downwards as not to catch the mounting plate for the bed was slightly bent but was easily able to bend back into shape

The main body arrived "tweaked" so one side is about 1.5mm higher than the other. There was no shipping damage, so this is poor manufacturing tolerance. As a result, the guide wheel sits at a slight angle, but the flanges are enough to keep the belt centered "close enough" that it does not slip off or wear funny. Ay my next deep clean or rebuild I'll see if I can either enlarge the mounting holes or bend the housing for better alignment. It does make belt adjustment easier and I see no abnormal wear on the belt as a result of the misalignment, so four starts seems appropriate. It works.

Cheap, short adjustment screw. Difficult to assemble and align belt.

As you can see by the picture the adjuster is used and no mounting hardware. I used the hardware from the old adjuster and installed it. To my surprise this thing is squealing like a pig. More than likely why it was returned.I as a consumer am getting tired of paying for a new item and being sent some used junk.I expect this from some third party sellers but not from Creality/Amazon.In order to make this work I had to swap the bearings from the old adjuster and it worked fine.I guess Creality/Amazon won this battle. They pawned off their junk and I bought one half of a adjuster. I would send it back but I have no time to wait.Checkmate well done Creality/Amazon!Now for instalation after you install it there is not much adjustment . Make sure you install it with the knob all the way back. If you look at the front of the adjusting knob you will see a brass insert make sure the bolt is flush with the insert.This will give you max adjustment after assembly.The steel frame is a lot sturdier than the aluminum framed ones. This adjuster has the potential to be very good. If you get a new product without issues.

have an original ender 3, got sick of pulling hard to tension, and started getting the belt off center. this set up is SO much easier to tension belts, and it keeps the belts perfectly lined up
