This thing rules.
Save for the analog stick (which feels just fine to me), this thing feels 100% EXACTLY like an OEM N64 controller. Playing on my actual N64 console wirelessly is an awesome feeling. Whether you want to go with something more ergonomic, like a Brawler 64, is up to personal taste but I vastly prefer the original controller shape/feel - and this definitely delivers. Playing Modern Switch games like Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate using this controller feels incredibly nostalgic and works seamlessly. Between this and limited stock & high price of the official NSO 64 controller, this one feels like a no brainer. My only gripe is that I wish it were easier to switch between N64/Switch modes. Remembering how to switch between both modes can be a little annoying at first, but it's easy enough if you keep the instructions nearby until you memorize it. Highly recommend overall - it even comes with an extra analog stick for when the installed one inevitably wears out.

Complete scam doesn't work. Everyone else is lying
Does not sync. Charged for as long as instructions said. Usb receiver would light up, the controller would just have the first light remain lit after holding the reset button. If I pressed the home button the second light would be lit. Windows sees that it's plugged in by direct USB c connection but won't let you do anything to it. Must have not fully programmed it before shipping it out. The internals although sloppy do not appear to be damaged. Save yourself the headache. I'm getting a refund.

Great controller with bulky but usuable adapter for cheap
Controller feels good and appears to be a 1:1 match to the original apart from the extra buttons relating to pairing and such plus not having any expansion port on the controller itself. Mischief Makers, Paper Mario, and the handful of others played great with no perceivable latency. I bought this to use on my Japanese N64, and it works great. I'd give it 5 stars, but the poor documentation, unfamiliarity with the brand, and concerns about longevity keep me from being overly optimistic. Still, I'm very happy with my purchase out of the box -- syncing to the N64 was a cinch, and you can't beat the price of getting both a solid controller and /two/ wireless adapters (console and USB) for ~$30 USD. My one complaint is how bulky and ugly the controller adapter is, especially when not using a memory card, but the price was good enough for me to overlook that.

Works BEAUTIFULLY!
I couldn't be happier with this product. I am not a bot, and I have not been encouraged or incentivized in any way to leave this review. I'm just a 40-ish year old gamer who wanted to feel like a kid again, lol. I use it on my Switch. The only (for me, very minor) drawbacks are that I can't use it to turn on my Switch from sleep mode, and there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust or turn off the rumble feature. The rumble is a little loud, but not bad. Now on to the good stuff. The pairing? Easy peasy, as long as you read and follow the instructions. The responsiveness? I haven't had any issues so far, and my Switch dock with the controller's dongle are over 10 ft away and behind a TV. To be fair, I've had it less than a week, but it's gotten USED in that time, believe me. :) The feel? Pure nostalgia. I played Mario Kart 64 and Zelda for like 2 hours without realizing it. For someone whose childhood was so filled with N64, it felt like coming home.

No complaints
Good quality controller with nice rumble feature. I wasn’t even expecting this controller to vibrate so it was pretty cool to find out. It has some good weight to it as well. Definitely going to be using this for some late night Mario party 64 sessions

Works Perfectly!
Back in the day you had to either move the TV closer, or move the futon/couch closer for you and your friends to be able to play. Now, I can just chill back by my chair, and play away, all the classics. There is no discernible delay, and the feel is the same as the classic controller. I'll have to try this with my PC.

Defective
This controller is defective. After very limited use, the joystick got stuck in the down position (meaning it's actually in the neutral position, but the game acts as if you're holding down) and I could not fix it. This product should be taken off Amazon.

Charged it fully, attempted to sync to Switch , never did - and now no buttons work.
I wanted this to work for my Nintendo switch badly - charged it fully , attempted to sync with the sync module in the switch dock for first time , sync moduke butron pressed in so rapidly flashing red light - but after the step to press Reset on the controller itself, instead of attempting to connect to sync and get a solid red, pressing the reset button on the controller just turns on thr red light for however long i press it, and when i let go of reset the lighr turns off. The only other key is HOME (left button at top?) That just flashes the second red slot button for as long as it is pressed. Nothing happens. No other key or combination or anything in the manual is working. Turned Wired Communication on in the system settings. One thing to note is now when I plug in the USB C cord to charge the controller by itself, NO lights come on. My controller is brand new. I really wanted this to work, I like the feel of it. I just got it in the mail yesterday and I will try somewhere to see for help, this sucks I wanted this controller to work for NSO Ocarina of Time.

Red controller dpad is stuck on “up” the other black one end broke when we unplugged it. They were ONLY used maybe 8-10 times. On top of that, Amazon wouldn’t even allow us to return them and the return window CLOSED BEFORE WE EVEN RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.
