What's not to like about this product. Its small and compact. Easy to set up in the room I have it. C0vers the room with the temperature I want to maintain. It was not a very expensive item to purchase. It has controls and a remote that also are easy to manage. Built into the plug is a protector so no overload. The hose to run the hot air generated by the air conditioner was easy to put together and adjust to a window. And this unit is not very heavy and easily moveable. Get this air conditioner if you cannot do a window unit. It's fits well in most rooms.

Florida bachelor (nobody to complain besides me), part-time use at home with non-working central system, which I am not there a significant portion of time.I got a "Biweden" branded unit from the Amazon Warehouse I'm sure was an unused open return, but it is the same as the FIOGOHUMI in looks and label specs (same over-represented "12k class" with label of a 10000/7100sacc unit).for certain not comparable to other "12k" units, the 10k class is more comparable but still that fudged ASHRAE rating, 7100 is more likely on the SACC scale but I still feel a bit high.despite all this the unit does do cooling work (not as much as I hoped for) and has gotten me through some difficult otherwise unbearable temperatures where I needed to be home. This was my first and so far only portable A/C unit and I've learned a lot about what I should have looked for first time (specifically an accurate SACC/DOE btu rating, along with wattage consumption).It's adequate for light duty only in my environment. Another reviewer who identified themselves as a thermal engineer said 7100 but was accurate in his 75F environment, but in my 90F+ envinronment I have to say I'm skeptical. I see a drop from ambient 86F partially cooled room to 68F output temperature, and that's the best it can do in a ~350sqft area, outdoor temp hit high of 93 earlier and currently 88 supposedly as rain comes through. Air in the far side of the room is 90F. Two BTU calculators also estimate this space needing around a 9000-9500 unit.The fan is nice and I can sit lightly clothed with the unit blowing directly on me and be quite comfortable.It works decent and much better in my smaller bedroom area late evening after dark which is closer to 200sqft, and with an outdoor temp under 85F, it can drop room to under 75F and then cycle after that (as that's too cold for me to sleep comfortably then below that) but a couple hours once the sun comes up and outside breaches 85F it doesn't seem to be able to keep room under 80. A 7100btu unit should be able to do that according to what I read.last month's incremental usage part time (somewhere about 220-250hr) energy cost me about $30 (250KWH)ultimately:is it worth running at a cost of $2/day when I use it (plus initial buyin cost) if I had no other options? yesdoes it meet the expectations I had at time of purchase? no

this "ac" will not cool your 300sq space in the summer. it doesn't work better then your $10 fan. waste of money. they r lying to us big time. GARBAGE

We recently purchased this AC for our bedroom as the summer months get extremely HOT in Florida. Nothing would keep us cool enough to feel comfortable. When we started looking for an AC, price was really a big factor. When we came across this AC unit it was such a bang for our buck. So when we ordered our unit it arrived in a decent time frame and we did not wait too long from purchase to door. It came straight to our front door and we were so excited!! It wasn't packaged in anything crazy and was easy to unbox. So when we got to unboxing our set up time was a breeze. We were able to hook it up swiftly and get it in the window. As soon as we turned it on you could feel the cool air already start pushing out. Our room was cool in no time. Probably under 1hr. What a great experience and purchase. Now our room is so cold and we can sleep better. I would absolutely recommend this ac to any and everybody I know. This purchase definitely changed our life for the better. Hot summer days will no longer be a worry for this family.

I got this portable ac unit recently as a gift because I moved into a house with no AC during the summer. The AC unit was very easy to setup, although I did have to trim the plastic piece that sits in the window. I allowed it to sit without turning it on for the allotted time, and when I did turn it on, it cooled my room down very quickly! It was especially useful when I moved most of my furniture in on a 90 degree day! I currently use it for background noise with the fan setting as it’s getting cooler out, but glad I can still make use of this unit.

my central a/c wouldn't budge down below 80 degree so I went on a search for a temporary a/c for my bedroom and after buying a few that just didn't cut it. Someone sent me this one to look at and ended up making my final purchase on this search for this a/c is a beast! It took 2 1/2 weeks for it to tell me to pour the tank out, it makes just enough noise for those who need sound to sleep, it cooled down my entire house in 3 hours ( keep in mind it's a very small house lol) , my bedroom under 6 minutes, set up wasn't difficult at all and very time efficient! I highly recommend this portable a/c to be able to stay cool enjoying your household activities or chores!

We got this as a wedding gift from two very close friends and we love it! It's been a life saver in the hot california summer. We've used it to cool an apartment that's around 600 square feet and it's been able to keep up just fine.We haven't had to empty it yet, but take that as a plus because we've used it for quite a bit and the less we have to empty it, the better.Without this, we'd be suffering for sure in the heat here
