I love this product - I often make Korean tofu or chicken kkanpunggi and this is perfect for coating the tofu or chicken pieces prior to shallow frying as we don't have a deep frier. The result is always a delicious crispy spicy dish.

Different brand to hat I'm used too but just as good, I wouldn't recommend using non branded or loose packages claiming to be potato starch, they maybe cheaper to buy but you run the risk of buying cornstarch or worse.
