My daughter, the destructor, wore out her joy con. I replaced it but broke the tiny plastic clip on the lower part of the motherboard in the process. This was a perfect fit. Just takes patience...unfortunately my little klepto lost all the backing screws, so look for my next review in spare parts.

I have no electronic repair experience, I’m just a mom with a kid who was upset about an in working switch. I was changing a left joystick on my son’s Nintendo switch lite that broke off and I broke some of the latches inside that hold the strips in place. I tried to repair with some glue but it didn’t work. I ordered this motherboard but couldn’t find a single YouTube video on how to install. I decided I’ll wing it and just attached everything onto the new one the way it was installed on the old. It works perfect!!

The media could not be loaded.  So I got a replacement for my daughters switch lite. The original had a blown connector & the backlight wasn't working. Everything else worked. Bought this & now the screen is working again but majority of buttons dont work. Power, volume up & down, the - by the screen, ZL, & part of the directional arrows dont work. I am use to fixing electronics having fixed my phone, computer even cars & house electrical. After taking it apart 10 times the same issue is persisting. I could understand the power/volume ribbon maybe messed up but nearly half the buttons not working makes no sense. The item also arrived in the Amazon bag but the board itself wasn't in its protective sleeve & I'm thinking it got damage due to not being sealed in the protective sleeve/bag it came with.

I had to order this item three times. The first time it was shipped and arrived with multiple orders. Unfortunately, the item was missing from this shipment. The second time, the right trigger button arrived broken off because they ship this inside a padded envelope. The third time, it arrived and was undamaged. I installed it, and everything works well. Definitely needs better packaging, and the poor rating is a reflection of that. It would be 5 stars if shipped in better packaging.
