Highly beneficial
I have alot of hair loss and I'm trying to maintain a healthy scalp and hair. Im trying regrow my hair. I've heard this pumpkin oil and rosemary oil helps with healthy regrowth. I've tried this oil and the quality is excellent. It's a nice sized bottle aswell. I can't tell you if it's helping with hair loss, however I can tell you it's helped with my dry hair and my scalp. My hair feels hydrated and fresh. I massage it into my scalp for 5 mins softly and on my ends. Then I keep it in my hair for a few hours. Then wash it off. Hoping to carry on for a few months and I will do an honest review. Great product if you have frizzy hair. You can also use it on skin if you have dry skin.

Pumpkin seed oil
Smells nice, kinda nutty. Don't need to use a lot. Bought for hair regrowth but not really used it long enough yet to give an honest review of success. All I can say is give it a chance.
