For the price I paid, three for £18, these glasses are excellent. They look good, feel good, and are very lightweight. I have had them for a couple of weeks, and not broken them yet, but I would suggest buying a proper glasses case for better protection, as the cases they come with are not rigid Obviously the onus is upon the purchaser to endure that the correct lense strength is chosen, but that is the only issue. They turned up the day after ordering, and so far only one pair has been stolen by my wife.

Very good quality, the frames are well built, the quality of materials, the comfort and support given by the sprung hinges is excellent, they won't slide off your nose.The lenses seem to be scratch resistant, they're used in a workshop setting that destroyed prescription lenses very quickly and they're standing up very well to abuse.These are now my regular reading glasses, the other pairs are gathering dust- perfect for rapid distance/ close work switching without fiddling with spectacles.Very professorial style, (if I'd owned these years ago, promotion at work would have been much faster?).At this price, these are a great choice.

These glasses are great. I just had my cataracts taken away and needed some reading glasses. These half glasses mean I can wear them most of the time if I want to. They are light yet robust and the price was very reasonable. I liked the first pair so much, I bought another two pairs. So now I have one pair upstairs for reading in bed, one pair in my handbag so I never forget to take them out with me and one pair next to my chair in the lounge. All in all the best things I've bought all year.

The glasses are OK optically and the frames are adequate and lightweight. The design, however, is not right. The position of the bridge and the nose pads is wrong because they automatically line the lenses up with the centre-line of your vision. To get the glasses to sit correctly, they need to sit lower but the pads then squeeze the soft area of the nostrils rather than sitting on the boney part of the nose where they would be more comfortable.

I love these readers, they are perfect for me to use my phone (games, emails, amazon shopping!) while watching telly. Because they don't have a frame above the half moon lens it gives me easy transition to look up at the telly and back down to my phone.So lightweight and comfortable.Yes, they are a bit fragile. I have just ordered my third pair after I managed to sit on the last two pairs after I carelessly took them off and left them on the sofa!I have tried all sorts of readers and these are just the best so for me they are value for money because they are so comfortable to wear and are perfect for my use. I just need to be a bit more careful with the next pair!
