Send your minifig to shark jail
I really love this set. It has a bunch of fun little bits to add flourishes to the boat. The mouth moves( you gotta be a little careful cause it does bump the upper piece a bit) and the rib cage prison thing is cute. It is difficult to keep the ribs facing the same direction when you are playing with it. I ended up doing the wheeled build just to have it able to sit on its own. All the pieces were included, I only messed up on one step that caused a shuffling around of pieces, but I didn't have to take it fully apart to get to it. The mini figs are also very cool and come with some accessories that I will be using all over the place. If you like the fun mildly creepy lego stuff, this is a great set.

11 year old loved it
He did his chores and earned his money and pinched his pennies for a couple of months saving up just to buy this kit. Took him a few days to get it fully built but he absolutely loved every step of it. It's got great color and definition and the finished product is really pretty cool. We put it up on a shelf in the living room and he gets it down and plays with it regularly. Great gift idea for the creative boy

Wow
So I bought this as a Christmas present for my kids because I thought it looked cool myself. I'd never heard of the Dreamz series, didn't know if they had either, but I simply couldn't resist. It took my 12 year old a couple hours to complete, and I gotta say, it looks pretty cool. And you can change it from a pirate ship to a vehicle with wheels to switch things up. The kids are still playing with it a month later, so I take that as a good sign. There is also a character that comes with it, ze blob, that they absolutely love. It's literally a green highlighter blob thing, but he is the most treasured Lego, along with a porg from a Star Wars Lego advent calendar. They sail on the nightmare ship together, causing destruction and mayhem as they go. It's glorious.

Great purchase, Lives up to picture
My 10yo son purchase this with his own money. He was incredibly happy with the purchase. The final product lived up to the picture, which isn't often the case. He's had it for a few months now and still plays with it daily or weekly.
