It was a lot nicer than I expected for the price. Good radius on the hole. Should work fine for soft shackles.

Functions great. Great quality. Fits perfect in my 2001 4runner hitch receiver. Rounded edges wont damage soft shackles. I don't understand why anyone would pay $80+ for other brands out there that do the same thing. Factor of safety on these things is massive. To each their own. I guess.

Nice build quality and finish. Fits firmly on my class II receiver. Solid.

While it's extremely well made and machined, my only gripe is that it's a tad too small and not 2" x 2". For my purposes it still works well, but there's too much play for it to work for any heavy duty towing without clanking about and wearing out.

Well made and nice finish. Designed for hard shackle use and relief around hole may be too sharp to use with soft shackles. I cut a 1/4’ radius around hole to relieve for use with soft shackle. This now is a great product although I no longer have a certified strength. Still an outstanding value and hopefully the manufacture will incorporate softer corner edges so everyone can benefit from their outstanding product . Highly recommend and at this price every vehicle you oun can have its own. 1200lbs higher rating than a Factor 55 at 1/6 the price. I bought a second one, you should too!!!

Feels solid and the paint job is good

I bought this for a recovery point I could put in my hitch receiver. Works great. Doesn't rust and is very light weight.
