I needed a usb drive ( at least one and at least 8 gigs) to backup my computer to something after upgrading to Windows 10- I could not find a discount code in the usual places,and I price compared online to other retailers. It comes to $3.40 a piece before taxes for 16 gigs! Have you priced singles at other retailers? BARGAIN!!!! I used two already, within an hour of arrival. Worked perfectly, detected without a fuss, fast exchange rate ( whatever you call it). I have two discs with complete disc images on them along with whatever backup boot crap windows needs. Basically I have two pc's in my pocket right now, huh? There aren't any caps to lose, I always lose those. I wrote in sharpie on the aluminum to distinguish one backup from the other. I have 10 left! I'm happy. Can you imagine if they were cheaper?! Whoa.... I really don't see the fuss for brand name usb drives, I just cannot. I got 10 for the price of 3, from that metal paper fastener store.

My order arrived on time, and in excellent condition. I got these flash drives, so I can try out new GNU/Linux distributions by booting my computer from a live image. The fact that they're USB3 drives makes them work faster than my old USN2 drives, so my experience is much closer to what I'd experience by installing the distribution permanently on my computer. With these drives, I can try out a new distribution without making any changes to my computer! I ordered these to put pictures on. They were packaged nicely and the product was of great quality and easy to use.

Tested all 10 pcs of 8GB drives I received and they all passed a full write/verify cycle that writes the entire drive and takes about 25 minutes each without error. I started using one of the drives for back and forth file transferring for about a week and have not had any problems. So I consider this to be a good product and a good deal. Although the flip around hood to protect the USB connector is a bit old fashioned I like it better than more modern units that retract into the body. A hood makes the unit a bit bigger, but is more likely to protect the USB contacts from incursion of objects when it's in my pocket. I'm happy with the purchase.

I traveled with my friends two weeks ago. My friends asked me to send some beautiful photos to them, so I bought these USB flash drives just for sharing some photos with my friends. Actually, I have not had them for long time, but I did not hear some problems from my friends so far. To be honest, the capacity is not full 1GB, but I can understand that. The actual capacity is from 945-976MB, copying 120 pictures takes 1.5-3 minutes. The capacity and speed can be accepted. Love them. And there are some details which leave me a deep impression. 1. The flash drives are made of plastic and metal, the plastic body has an anti-slip design, you can plug or pull it easily; while the edge of metal cap is not sharp, no need to worry to hurt myself. There is a loop in the end of the cap with which you never worry about losing it if you attach it to you key ring. 2. There is a LED indicator, it is on but not flashes, when you just plug it in your PC, but it will flashes when the USB flash drive is working. You can know when it finished its work even if you are not in the front of PC. 3. The 10pcs USB flash drives are packed by a cardboard box, and there is also with a foam insert and cutouts that has a spot carved out for each drive. Great package can help us store them well. I needed something cheap for short term, and this had a lot of good reviews. It appears to actually hold the capacity advertised, unlike some of the other s*** from China. Only time will tell if it lasts. I would buy a brand name if I needed something more reliable. The problem with all the 'stuff' from these made-up companies from C***a is that the company disappears after 6 months and there is no warranty or recourse. Consider them disposable.

The flash drive lasted 4 months, than stopped working. I sent 2 emails to the company about it and never received any response back. I have had flasdrives for over 20 years that still work. It might be cheaper, but when it stops after 4 months, you wasted your money! When a company doesn't respond or honor their product, it's a company that Amazon should not allow to cheat their customers!
