There are 5 sheets total. If you purchase 3M 30290 you get 15 sheets.

I rub the sandpaper on my hand and couldnt feel even light abrasivness why is that??

This stuff is about as fine grit as it gets. You use it for precise finishing work rubbing out imperfections in clear coat and not much else.

Does the backside have a velcro?

This product is a foam pad that is about one eighth of an inch thick. It has abrasive on one side and just a backing on the other. There is no Velcro.
